Why does the retail store got to be so far away

Their products are over priced and their customer service is a joke... It is next to impossible to talk to a customer service representative.

No access to store hours online or on the phone. You have to sit on hold for half an hour to speak to a representative!!! Cant do call back because their system says my phone number doesn't exist!!! All this just to get rid of their overpriced products which I have to drive half an hour from my house to drop off!!!!

I called the number for Shaw in Duncan BC to find out if they are open on Saturdays. The internet says the hours 'fluctuate'. I waited through endless prompts about when I can watch the NFL game, what type of account I had, what I want to do, pressing '3' or '2' or '1' etc. Finally I reached a prompt to leave my number for a call back in '4-8' minutes. I went through the process of entering my number, pressing pound, waiting for the slow repetition of my number, to then be told it wasn't valid, yet it's a Shaw number! After 3 tries a gave up. Great telephone service, Shaw.
