My neighbors told me about this Servpro and we all understand it to be the best Servpro there is in Central FL. I've only had my carpets cleaned by them (Vern was very enthusiastic about his equipment!) but my neighbors had water damage that Servpro took care of and they were beyond pleased with the work they did. They're friendly, professional and most of all good people who I could trust to do their best job.
This office, with the leadership of its management, should be given an award. When I had a mold issue in the process of purchasing a new home, the owner of the home had the guys from this office do the bare minimum to remedy the issue. When the management of this office the job, he quickly fixed the entire room--free of charge! How often do you hear of such? NEVER. Hire these guys! They don't cut corners. They are more than fair. I'd hire them again without hesitation!!
These men work hard, don't waste time, get the job done when they say they will. They found mold that was not expected and went to bat with the adjuster to make sure it all would be removed so that the repairs could get done right. The owner is professional and very helpful. I Hope I never need their services again, but if I ever do, Bill and his crew will be my first call.

This is the motto to this national company and OMG do they! This summers storms inundated my families home repeatedly and these guys were here to my rescue everytime. They don't jump out of planes like the commercials refer. However, they're there spot on.... If you have a tragedy, call these guys first, then your insurance company!

had a fire in my house in Bay Ridge and they did a nice job, good bunch of guys.
I called Serve Pro in january due to water damage due to our boiler in Onset. A very knowlegeable man Alan came and explained to us that we had moisture between the layers in our floors and it would mean cutting the walls 1 ft up and remove the bathroom floor tiles and 2 layers of plywood, so we had to have a plumber come to remove our boiler, sink and toilet. So the day came and all these other people came in and said forget it, we only need to put 2 dehumidifiers and a bunch of blowers and all will be ok in a few days. They came a couple times and indicated that things are getting better. We decided to get new hard wood floors put in that were damaged from the water and that same day I got a call from Serv Pro saying that they needed to take every thing out of the bathroom,and I was holding them up from doing their job. So I don't know who to beleive, the boss that gave me the call who was never at my house or his employees. Now I still don't know if I will have a mold problem or not. When I asked the boss about the light mold on the ceiling of the basement, he said we don't do mold remediation and I thought thats what they were all about! Bob
