I am not happy that I had to listen to advertisements for over 10 mins before been transfered to an answer machine.....saying numberhas changed.... THEN it goes to 411....

hi I saw some 10 by 10 framed photos that were printed on a hard board or something like that. it was a great job done. Would you do that for me with my own photo collection and if so can i upload them then get them by mail?

Sears sucks. I had portraits taken and ordered a big package, and pick up time no where to be found. now I find out they are officially closed. I rated as one star. really I would rate sears minus 10

I got pictures taken there and they never said that they where closing and they took my money now I have no way to find out about my pictures cause they sales associate act like she couldn't help. Still no pictures.

I took photos at Carolina Place portrait studio on 2.7.2103. I want to give kudos to Ladale who was really on top of her game. She was so warm and friendly, she made me comfortable thereby getting the best results from the shoot. She handled all roles, sales, photographer and excellent customer service at all levels alone.

I thought Sears was suppose to be affordable for portraits. I was wrong. I felt I overpaid for little amount of pictures and the customer service was below par. I felt like I was annoying the photographer for unknown reasons. She wasn't very engaging. Not a great experience. I highly recommend JCP portraits- more pictures for cheaper and great customer service.

Just arrived at the portrait studio to pick up my pictures on the date they specified. Come to find out, they're CLOSED for 2 more days! Pretty annoyed I loaded up my two toddlers to come pick up these pics & nobody is even here on the day THEY specified! Go to Walmart, they would probably do a better job anyway. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

I had a miserable experience with this studio. I made an appointment for family holiday photos and Christmas cards. The photographer had no idea of how to arrange the photo and her idea of engaging children of 6, 4, 2, and 2 months of age was to say smile in a voice too quiet for them even to hear. She did nothing whatsoever to engage the children. When my husband and I engaged the children for individual portraits, the photographer sat there holding the camera and was not even able to snap a photo when we got the kids to smile. I don't think she had any experience or ability. I only ordered the poor-quality photos because I wanted to send Christmas cards. I had the pictures taken on Dec. 2, and was told it would take 2 weeks for them to arrive. It is now Dec. 29 and the photos still have not arrived! Needless to say no Christmas cards got sent! Also, my husband and I both called the studio about our photos after the two weeks had expired, and the studio never answered any calls or returned them! This studio provides extremely poor photography and extremely poor customer service. Save yourself $150 and go elsewhere.

I was not happy with my pictures. I wear glasses and at no time was I told there might show a glare on the finished pose. Well, sure enough evry single pose had big bubble marks on my eyes! I went ahead and bought my grandaughters pictures but I did not want to go through the whole process again for me and making a new appointment which would not guarantee arrival before Christmas. Truly disappointed in Sears Portraits!

We have been long time customers and had just found out our favorite photographer Samantha who is also the manager had returned to the company She is quick and efficient and does a wonderful job. She's amazing with kids especially my toddler who refuses to sit! Always a wonderfu experience and will continue returning

I love Sears Portrait studio. They have excellent prices on their special packages, cute props and backgrounds, and they always get my kids to smile. I like the enhancements they do too.
