I went to sears optical to get new glasses and was greeted by a person named Amy. Ss was very rude to me and did not seem to care about my concerns. I was waiting for someone to help me. When she was finished with the previous customer, she went in the back room and ignored me. She seemed to have an attitude and like the other associate eddy she was very unprofessional and sloppy. I would ask anyone who considers going there to deal with furry. She is the best. Forget the previous. A word of advice if you want good service .

The best deals , the best customer service ever, my family will be life time customers. We are very pleased with the savings too, hundreds of dollars less than most places. They are not easy to find in the store but just ask you'll find them.

Went for a bargain and got way too much aggravation. Glasses weren't measured properly...one pair, had to get lenses redone,. Other pair needed to replace frames right away. Had to return for many adjustments...not worth it!

Very professional service. The doctor gave an excellent exam. The office staff was very polite.
