I find the hours of this Sears outlet very inconvenient. They are closed everyday at lunch for the full hour, and closed at 6pm every evening and closed all week-ends. Makes for picking up parcels very inconvenient.
odered a very small part for a power tool 1st week in july 2015, still no part, or phone call. pretty sure they don't want you to repair your stuff. they would rather they do the repair, or better yet buy a new one.
I ordered a stove and it was damaged I sent it back to orangeville store they were very accommodating on the return and even went as far as having the new stove ordered and delivered within 4 days thank you so much
Sears needs to look up the definition. Waiting on hold, unable to understand what they are saying and a total lack of resolution, is not what I was expecting from Sears.

This location is closed since May 2014. SEARS have now 2 locations for PARTS only at Carlingwood & St Laurent Shopping Centers Stores.

I called to order a part for my Craftsman snow blower and after pushing at least 6 different numbers and waiting I am told by e recording that they can't help me now because of system maintenance and just hung up. Extremely rude and very un-professional. I will find my parts elsewhere.
The man who runs the place is a jerk,looks at everyone as if they are a thief and very rude!
Don't order anything from this store as they do not keep their dates of delivery. Make you wait for "whenever they can fit it on the truck".

Really do I have to talk to someone in the Philippines who hasn't got a clue what part of a blender I am talking about. Forget that! Can't we just have a phone number in Canada so we can talk to a live person? Sears, take note, this is not customer friendly service, this is cost cutting by your company.

Dealing with Sears call center was probably the worst call center I ever dealt with. To make it worst they decide to ship my delivery next town over, Without any notice or contacting me to see if this is ok. I will never buy online from sears again.(probably never from Sears as well).. but pick up location was nice they new there was no way for me to make it to there location during regular hours. So they helped and offer flexibility on their hours... this was great service.... Thank you
This place is closed!!! Empty real estate - nonotice from SEARS... no signage or anything! Up for rent by Collier Real Estate.. Sad part is when you call the accompanying 1-800 number you get someone in the Phlippines who can hardly speak English... speak more than 45 minutes on a customer service call and they refuse to transfer you to a supervisor!!!!! Lousy customer service.

The number displayed on this site did not direct me to the Belleville Sears. After going through menus and menus of options someone that was not from Belleville answered and told me I should call the number for the Belleville store. It was really a bad experience with too many menus and navigating. The main plan was to talk to someone from the parts store to find out what the hours of their department was but it seems more difficult than it should be.

A sales associate of a skincare brand volunteerly demonstrated to me how her products would clean and moisturise the skin in no time. I really liked it. It made my skin very soft and supple.
I approached a cosmetic brand's associate to get some help and tips on basic makeup. She was very kind and polite to explain everything from the scratch. She helped me select the shade of foundation that would suit my skin tone. Then she applied makeup on my face very gently and explained each step in detail. The makeup completely transformed me.

I went to Sears looking for a decent pair of shoes...something stylish and well made. Wow. They have a ridiculously small amount of styles and the shoes they do have look like the rejects other stores send back to the manufacturer. Don't waste your time.

I would like to commend Carole Mota for her excellent Customer Service skills . After some bad experiences with Sears and their delivery team I was extremely fed up with Sears. Carole turned those thoughts around it was a pleasure to deal with her and because of her I purchased a refrigerator and a water softener .
Dont ever buy LG products from Sear. They will not honor there warranty
incompetent staff in electronics dept. No delivery as paid for; no way to contact local store where purchase made-- when I called got the Philipines twice. If I call the local store in BC I want to talk to a person who works at the store! Totally dissatisfied with the lack of details provided and no followup. Sears is going down the tube if they continue with no customer service. You need to talk to the customers and provide firm details on delivery, product, etc . Extremely frustrated and disappointed after dealing with Sears for 50 years.

I purchased a lawn mower last year. Have a very small grass area. After 7 uses it won't start. I took it back and got the run around so I left it there since the management staff wouldn't give me time of day. Customer service is so poor it's sick how they stay in business.

Sears Valley Plaza is my perfect store from under garments to outer wear & the sale prices fit my bill. The only problem I have with the store is that there is not enough cashiers / customer service clerks. ESPECIALLY during the Holiday Season. I would have to give one star in that department

when you read on the net that a store is open till say 9 p m and you drive 30 minutes to go to shop to find out that the store closed at 8 p m it sort of put a bad taste in your mouth tho it was not something that would not wait its just the deieving facts that they put on the net and expect you to be understanding with them that hour fluxavate with different stores bummer
I would like to let you know that the womens section that you have at the OShawa store is very discouraging to shop at. You have a large petite section , young ladies section but just a very small area for the women section no big sizes and very little to choose from.

Sears is an excellent example of how every businesses here in Salina conductor. Pple in the stores were very friends and I out my car in for service in and out within less than 30 mintues. Everything were explained to me very cleared to me. I will always be a Sears shopper now. Because they have the BEST prices in town.
This store is not stock adequately. Their information on the website is lacking. When calling the phone number, the answering message doesn't give store hours or greet you with a welcoming tone. I drive over 60 miles to receive better customer service.
When calling for information no one was available for assistance in department I wanted so took the option to dial 0 for assistance. Phone rang 20++++ times and no one answered, not even a recording to say no one available, leave a number, etc… I found this very annoying as all I needed at the time was some information on the store hours. Also would not allow me to rate any lower than 1 star on Rating options even though it shows a "-" button.

Always good to have sears appliances close by. The sales people are very knowledgeable and work hard to make a sale. They go out of their way to give you a good deal. A nice store.

I wish this was one of the Sears that offered clothing. They advertise clothes, but never have them. Friends have ordered appliances from this store and gotten wrong orders, late deliveries, wrong information, little to no help in customer service of any kind. Based on bad reviews, I'm going to give this Sears a thumbs down.

The wife and I went in to pick out a portable dishwasher. A salesman showed us a few and after finding one we liked, he told us there would be a sale the next day; quoted us "at least 10% off this price."
We came back only to find out the assistant manager would not honor her associates' quote or the sale going on in store. Furthermore, she told us there was no way for her to help us. Dishonest.

Hope that you don't need it too bad because they simply don't care. Scheduled delivery for a fridge on Sat (paid extra for weekend delivery) Sat we receive an automated message that the delivery was rescheduled they will call to reschedule later. Called the 800 number (can't understand the operator) transfers me to the store, get voice mail. Leave detailed message, no return call. Go to on line chat and find that the reason the delivery needed to be rescheduled is because the store didn't process the delivery correctly. Their fault and they don't care. Another week with no fridge hopefully that won't get delayed.
called to see if there was a tool in stock nobody picked up the phone. called harbor freight they answered had the tool they got the bussiness.
Customer service as bad as Verizon and Comcast, and I thought they were the worst. Recordings, recordings of course; then nobody picks up the phone; then when you finally get through to a person they are clueless. When you don't like the fact that they're clueless after all you've been through, they simply hang up on you.
Last Thursday evening around 8pm I was returning an item on the 3rd floor at the Scarborough Town Centre Sears location.
The lady behind the counter was so extremely helpful. She went above the call of duty when: I realized I had forgotten my credit card at Canadian Tire. I was frantic and she offered to call the Cdn Tire store so that I could enquire about my forgotten card. I was so relieved and thought later that I should give her a commendation ! I wish I could remember her name. She was working on the third floor in housewares last Thursday, May 16, 2013. She is a lovely black lady with a French accent. BEST WISHES !!!
The service at Sears Canmore was HORRIBLE!! I would recommend that no one go there. The owner Tina's etiquette on the phone was horrible. I'm surprised that Sears is still in business...their commercials suck and the people that run their business suck and they are going out of business anyways. There commercials show how desperate they are.
I wouldn't normally complain but the man that works at this Sears catalogue order location is RUDE and unwelcoming. Both myself and my husband don't feel like we are disturbing or bothering him. When I phoned to check on an order he hung up without saying good bye. Customer service in the Winfield Sears catalogue location is HORRIBLE, the WORST I've ever experienced.
I called 4-11 and spoke with Raymond regarding a part for my riding lawn mower. I live in North Fork which is an hour away from the store. He not only returned my call but researched where I could find the part I needed. Gave me the phone number, directions and store hours. This is excellent customer service.

Poor customer service you call the store no answer keep calling the same thing then they answer they put you in hold then they comeback and then they can't help you they don't know anything about it so I go in they are eating lunch one at the cash register so wait for more time that's what happens when poor ownership hires family members
I bought a pressure washer 11/23/12 return it on 12/24/12 due to oil leak pckred it up 1/16/13 could not fine the oil leak went back 1/18/13 still leaking oil they have had loner than me and the they called it here thgen they want 75 dollars for the fix - told them what about the warranty. They don't know all they know is that I owe 75 dollars. And they won't give it to me and thge craftsman. Pressure washer it states the it has a 2 year warranty so don't buy nothing a sears weslaco texas real disapointment with there services will never buy anything else at sears per fer to buy at harbor freight they give better services there
I have called and called and no one answers the phone at fine jewelry. Customers service is dead. Sears sucks! You list ear rings on sale but the advertised cost is misleading. The price according to the web site is per ear ring. I am complaining but no one will care.
My wife took parts for our washer & dryer to Sears in Foley, AL for them to look up and order the parts. She paid for the parts and shipping charges with a credit card. The part for the washer was the wrong part. We took the part back and they ordered the correct part, but we had to pay for the additional part and they told us they would credit our credit card. After reviewing my bank statement one month later,they hadn't credited it to my account. I went back to their store and they agreed that it hadn't been paid and they would research the problem and call me at home. They also refused to even consider refunding the shipping charges. They didn't call me back as promised. I'll never do business with Sears again and will contact BBB
This is the worst store that there is. They lie and will promise you things just for you to send money there and after that they can careless about you. I was promised a delivery date and four days later and its still not here. Ive called and called and I still get no place. As of this morning I have filed a law suit

I have purchased 4 appliances from this location this year. The staff and manager at this location are wonderful. They are courteous, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied.
Before Walmart showed up you could always go to Sears for a great shopping experience and that has not changed. Its great that Sears is still in our community and offering great service. If you don't shop there don't ask why it isn't around anymore. Support your local Sears store.
