No branch hours given, interested in Toronto as I have typed it in, it gives me Mississagua.

Okay, so bank hours can be flexible, but least put down some hours, so at least we have an idea, and have to guess the hours!

If you are going to post information on a business make it complete or don't do it at all. No hours of operation/open makes it a waste of time when that is the info required. For Locations - poor job!

bad location and parking suck always full and no one in the bank so who is in the parking lot

I contacted branch twice to activate my dormant account. Both time it was promised that the account shall be activated. First time new Debit/ATM card along with password was issued. But to my surprise, even after about a month it is not activated. Generally the service is good, and even this branch provides a good service. What went wrong that I am away from required service.

Could not find the branch hours anywhere, big pop up blocks not user friendly. Organized titles and lists would be better.

Scotiabank does not own up to my bank card being compromised. All they can say is sorry nothing we could do. NOT EVEN AN INVESTIGATION. When i asked about why would i go to this store evry 2 days and also many double transactions on the same day. they said nope you must of swiped and and entered a correct pin. Im 150% that this did not happen. Good bye Scotiabank Your shittier than you think

Why do you decide NOT to put your banking hours on any of your websites? That is quite stupid. I'm glad you aren't my bank (I'm Td and they are always open late) anyway you should post your banking hours on your websites because its stupid of you not to.
