The food is as good as any Schlotzskys. The service sucks. The cashers can not make change and doesn't appear to speak English. Never again.

This Schlotzsky's is great! Change of ownership and it's noticed. They even have Cinnabon now. They remodeled, it's like a new store. You gotta go see it. The management is better now too.

People preparing sandwitches were not wearing gloves

I forgot how much I like this food! My husband & I each ordered something different & we really were impressed. His sandwich was so good & my pizza really surprised me. .. it was great. It was crispy with great flavors. .. cheese, red onions , mushrooms and black olives. The staff was so nice and quick. I've got to tell you that I also bought cinnobons to take to work. .. they are heaven.

Great service the employees are super nice and the food is always hot and prepared fresh.

Unfortunately for all of us, the Parklane Road location of Schlotzsky's / Columbia, SC unceremoniously vanished in late 2012. Last time I went it was a hibachi grill of some sort (August 2013).

WOW! This place is amazing. Beautiful new remodel and now they have Cinnabon and Carvel Ice Cream. Obviously new management with new energy. I'll certainly be back for more.

I regret going to the schlotskys on indiana today. This is my second sandwhich bought at this location that was horrible and a total waiste of my hard earned money and time. Both times it was a original . Todays sandwhich wasn't really toasted and bread was stale. There was a black long hair in my cheese and that is simply gross enough without adding that the sanwhich was a poor excuse for a original. I'm dissapointed and more than unhappy and unsatisfied with this schlotskys.

Don't go here if you like good customer service, or potato soup. Worst experience in my scholotzkys history.
