Great customer service , well stocked , reasonably priced ...

The Duty Manager at Sainsburys and the girls who serve there are rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I'm not sure why they're so arrogant considering they work in a supermarket.

Approached customer service desk as I had tried to draw out cash at the machine, message machine not working and proceeded to keep my card, totally rude assistant with could not care attitude, very inconvenient as I was going on my holiday's, and also the worry was it safe, some staff could benefit from a course in customer care.

You will find it difficult to find a more appalling customer service anywhere in Hampshire. The older members of staff seem to have been specially trained to be rude and arrogant to paying customers. Also you need to check sell by dates at this store as it often runs out the very next day. In my opinion the Sainsbury own label food has also gone down in quality over the last few years.

A smaller sainsburys with all the essentials. Good fruit and veg department with all the range and quality you would normally expect from a Sainsburys. Bakery is good with all the bread baked from scratch in the store. It has pizza,hot food, meat,fish and deli counters. The service is always good and the staff are very friendly.always very clean and easy to get around!

Dont even bother avoid at all costs! And I mean that, my only guess is that they've paid off ofsted for a good review it is an awful school, that is if u dont mind druggie mums doing cannabis at the school gates and their little shits harassing you

The dewsbury store claims to be cheaper then other supermarkets but they are not, and the staff that are there are rude and ignorant to customers and some staff are unclean and unkempt

Sainsburys clsim to be competative but are actually the dearest supermarket. They ate even more expensive than co-op. The majority of the staff at dewsbury need a course in good customer service as they donot knpe what it is
