I love my Safeway!

if this how safeway keeps their washrooms i will never buy groceries there again. it was gross disgusting and unwashed.

Never go there between 11 and 2. For some reason they only wanna open 2 tills. No matter how long the line is. Only.2. Never shop here

Cashiers at no3 and wiiliams store are rude and miserable. Never smile. Some days I don't even go there they r so rude. Some should not even work in that job

shopped at this location twice and have never received the bonus airmiles. since Sobeys bought them out it seems that customer satisfaction went out the window. Will start shopping at the Save On thats just 2 blocks away.

This location as the most amazing customer service in every department. They are all friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. Steve at Checkout/Customer Service, assisted me last evening in utilizing my Air Miles coupon "100 air miles when spending $100". Early this morning, I called the Bakery to place an order. Annette answered cheerfully -- I could actually see the smile in her voice! Keep up the great work Team Safeway at Aspen!

This VONS supermarket has it all. Deli, Bakery, Seafood, Grocery, Produce, Meat, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Pharmacy, Dry Cleaners, Liquor and Wine, everything! New, big and beautiful! 16 blocks from the beach with the only drive on beach with dunes left in California. Save time and money, shop there.

This is a Terrible store! Waiting for long time to check out and the casher are unfriendly! Never shop here again!!!

after halloween the candy was suppose 2 b 50% off. a $14.99 box of choc bars was jacked up 2 $19.99 and then reduced 2 $9.99. that's no friggin sale. that's robbery. what's up, i went 2 the superstore instead and gave them my business,

I have been shopping here for 10 years and wouldn't shop anywhere else! This store is busy but the customer service is amazing! Some of the people that work there have been there for years and they always stop to say hi!

For healthcare providers, they are extremely rude and cold care less for your needs. From the white coated pharmacists to the staff in purple, they need customer service training badly. Will walk a little further to the Shoppers on 15th or the London Drugs on 19th for a quality experience.

EBT was offline after I spent an hour choosing my groceries, and management did the least they could to help me. They sent me out the door empty handed-but not before yelling back and forth that EBT wasn't working. Thank you for announcing to everyone that I'm on foodstamps. I think they really could have done more. How about putting my items in a cooler and offering to call me when the system is working?

Your online website shows a Safeway on Fremont St. in Monterey, CA which is the one we wanted to contact. The listed phone number - which OUGHT to be the general number for the store - is actually for the Safeway pharmacy at a Safeway in Del Rey Oaks, CA! As we called after the pharmacy was closed, we couldn't speak to a human being to see if we could get the number for the store on Fremont St. in Monterey. VERY frustrating. Is there some reason you don't want to publish the number for the Monterey store?

I know some folks have voiced concerns about prices and staffing in store. I have lived in the town for 20+ years and every year my electric, fuel everything increases so no surprise so do groceries. Summers everyone lacks enough help. I really appreciate the staff and beautiful store we have. Really nice to have the new Manager back. Thanks for everything.

There is not a Safeway in Big Bear Lake, CA! I have been searching SoCal for Caspers Hot Dogs and cant find them anywhere. Supposedly Safeway carries and I cant find them anywhere either. If Safeway carries; where is one near Big Bear Lake, CA?

After reading negative comments about our local and only grocery store I have to say there has to be more to the story. We have lived in Valdez for more than a decade and have not had a problem that was not addressed promptly; without need for anyone being "defended" interesting choice of words. We appreciate having a modern clean store to shop in. Thank you Safeway for being here.

Store has very friendly staff not so much at customer service but otherwise smiles all over. Shelves seem to be kept clean and neat and store overall is clean. The hours could be 24/7 for convenience just saying! :)

Found worms in their defrosted Salmon that were still moving. Other than that just another Safeway store.

the ban on kathy adkins needs to be lifted she has kids and this is the only store by her the whole thing is just a misunderstanding

I would like to voice my concern and total outrage over the disgusting treatment and banning from the only supermarket of Kathy Adkins who did nothing wrong except return a product a customer had left in a trolley. To which she was verbally abused, belittled and then when her husband defended her honour, he was himself banned. I have never in my life heard of such appalling behaviour towards a customer. This is a disgusting display of power and places great pressure and distress on a family who need access to food to feed their family, but also due to health issues prevents them from obtaining required medication. Also this places great inconvenience on friends who are more than willing to help but need to do so when they can. Leaving the family in need of food immediately. There is nothing more disturbing than seeing children children going without food ......over their mother being a kind hearted person returning anothers purchase. Be assured that I will not be the last person to write and complain....also take note that not only is social media involved in this plight, but A Current Affairs media are aware of this.

I have a friend, Kathy Adkins who came to the Valdez store to return some butter. She was abused and bullied by the store manager and subsequently banned from the store. DISGUSTING treatment!!!!!!! This cannot be tolerated!

a message to the manager of safeway valdez, stop your ban on customers that require to get medication from the pharmacy of your store, from the conversations I have had with the banned customer you are stopping her and her husband and children from entering your store because she was returning a tub of butter that someone else left in the trolley??????? how the hell do you justify that???? it would have been really simple to just have taken it back and said thank you and written the tub of butter up as a left behind purchase but to BAN the person because she returned it???? She requires medication from the pharmacy to keep going through life and doesn't trust anyone else with her credit card and PIN, would YOU? if yes please by all means give ME YOUR credit card number and PIN and I will be sure to spend up big on your paypacket. I know for a fact that THIS Australian will NOT be shopping there ever.

So today I went to Safeway, and when I walked in this guys named Terrance was doing his job ALOT more better than the others. He was picking stuff off of the ground he was washing the ground, he got the things that were placed in the wrong place and put it away, and he was just so AWESOME! This guys should get be a manager, or at least get a raise!

It is a good store. I buy most of my groceries at that store but some products are expensive

I have been a member of Safeway for more than 10 years. I go to Safeway for everything I need. Now that you have a gas station I have switched to buy gas from Safeway. I was shocked yesterday when I discover that you charge $1 for air. I don't think this is a reasonable thing for you to do to your Safeway Club members. Leonard

According to the non-profit Humane Farm Animal Care: This week, the nonprofit Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC) announced that Safeway's Lucerne Cage-Free, O-Organic, and Open Nature eggs have all earned its Certified Humane designation. It is unclear whether the chain, which includes Von's, will also offer eggs from non-humane factory farms, but HUGE KUDOS to Safeway for proving that a big chain CAN and WILL provide options for those who care that their food was produced without suffering.

I am again sick and tired of the overcharging at 'Safeway stores'. Last week I was charged $3.29 for organic squash which was most definitely ticketed at $1.99 (there was very few left). I called the store but did not return as I live in the north part of town, gas is expensive so it's a catch 22 situation. Today, Friday special I made a special trip and again was overcharged. This time for 3 orange juice instead of 2, a $5.00 overcharge. This is totally unacceptable, I shall complain personally. Staff and management must be held accountable.

Absolutely horrible!!!! The pharmacy personnel that is normally there are usually rude and seem annoyed with everything they do. If you don't like your job, that's your problem, don't take it out on the customers!!! Tonight I couldn't find a certain cough syrup and asked the pharmacist where something was. When I still couldn't find it, she huffed and started muttering under her breath and practically threw the cough syrup box at me! I was so put off, and she didn't even attempt to ask if there was anything else she could help me or even say have a good night, etc! The only time I had a semi-pleasant experience was when there seemed to be a temp pharmacist there. He helped me find what I was looking for and was the only person I've ever encountered who worked in the pharmacy that was nice and not short with me. It's too bad he doesn't work there permanently because he would be a far better improvement than the pharmacist and the pharmacy helpers that normally work there!!!!!!

Deli manager. she is so kind and a passionate lady. she goes above and beyond to for customers .I thank you. for being you. As it was so crazy timing for turkey this season every safe way seemed running out of turkey dishes but for she she made sure every family deserve a turkey. she printed out all safeways near by yr home with a kind tone in her voice please call them before driving. and she said callus in. morning sometimes families cancel. little she knew she was helping some who gone thru so many losses this year and still struggling with my sick child. . all i needed was to have a turkey meal and to be thankful for what i have still. i got the turkey that day but im so thankful to the deli manager for all shevdoes. Great work my turkey meal was yammmmmmmmm. next year i will order amonth before in Elkon store from her.Ll
