I meet a person that works for you at the store in Frankfort, in and she has helped me out for what I was looking for and even took the time to go and check on something for me. I would like to give her a good recommendation on her job and performance. Her name was Miranda. I think she should be the employee of the month for her job well done.

on march 6 2013 attempted to exchange defective boots ,,,,lady at returns desk instructed me to find replacement..after about 20 minutes of searching , was told there would be no exchange per manager due to fact of my treating new boots with mink oil which is common leather conditioner....rural king is 100% off my radar,,very poor customer satisfaction..my justin boots were 4 days old and looked like they had been thru hell..
