Went to a rue 21 at the beach and treated us very rudely. Came to this one and treated us really nice they are wonderful employees here that treat people like you would want to be treated.

every time I got to this store I always get amazing stuff. The girls that work here go out of their way to be helpful. My best shopping trip to Rue was when Laure helped me. She was so sweet and she had such great ideas for me. I loved everything she suggested. I almost bought everything she shoe me too... Thanks for being a awesome place to shop.

Rude employee named summer. Rude tone of voice when you call store location also. Summer is the rudest person I've ever met in a rue 21 store. lazy employee, disrespectful.

50 percent off entire store they should have said buy one get one 50 percent off waste of time

I had a good time shopping. bought alot of nice things was able to buy over 6 outfits and shoes for 100.00 plus accessories.

The employees there are so nice! I was making a big purchase and did not have a dollar and one of the girls spotted me it! The employees are so kind! They also recommended coupons for me to use that I had no Idea about! Thank you rue 21!

I love coming to this store. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. the sales racks are always organized well and the store is very put together look to it.

I'd like to say i was very pleased with our families experience at rue 21 this thanksgiving shopping weekend. We left with some great deals but forgot a package there at rue from Hollister. I called them the next day, black fri and sure enough theyd found it. It was shipped free of charge to our front door. Oh did i mention we live in another state? Thank you staff at rue 21 jonesboro ark for caring at snch a busy time. God bless and merry Christmas.

They have nice clothes and sales, but the store is kinda unorganized and messy and they may need more personel.

You're store manager mooed at my mother as she bent down to grab something she had dropped. I will NEVER shop there again. End of story

I shop in this store probably 3 times a month. All I can say is if they weren't so clean and organized, for a Rue 21 store, I would NEVER give them my business. They are RUDE and the worst customer service of any place I have ever shopped at. They are one step from ignoring you.

Love the staff...well the newer staff! Always so nice and helpful, they could def use more space but I like going in there they never make u feel uncomfortable and the store is clean

The clothes here are very cute and pretty affordable, except the material on most of the clothes tends to get snags and holes easily. I do recommend shopping here just be careful handling and caring for the things you buy there.

The only managers that are actually decent are the three that were working last year towards December. The new ones are terrible and rude.

I went in yesterday looking for something to wear to graduation. A girl named Michelle helped me pick out the perfect dress with shoes and jewelry. I also bought a new perfume called Infinite Summer...love it!

I've heared, as I visited the store in Bowling Green, KY, once how the new store manager talked down to her employees and other managers there, infront of customers! I am wondering why they all put up with it. She seems rude and has defently no supervisor qualities. She treats everyone there without respect!!!

I went in just to look around but they have soo much stuff and at great prices. The people were very nice and helped me put together several outfits. And the fragrances are to die for.... I bought three. lol

Last night me and my daughter came into Rue 21 for the first time and were very pleased! This young lady Emily, had come greeted us to make sure we were finding everything okay. She told me and my daughter about any deals going on and also made sure we knew where everything was. Very sweet girl. Good customer service there. We were amazed by the amazing deals! Although we didn't buy anything, we will for sure be back soon!

The place had clothes everywhere and you couldn't tell which side was which

I stopped by the Rue 21 store in Bassett Mall the other day and I was surprised at how rude the sales associates were and how dirty and disorganized the store was. I've been to the other Rue 21 stores and never had this bad experience before. The manager wasn't any help either, she has a FML look on her face and her side of the counter was all messy and trash everywhere..no wonder!! First and last time I try to shop there again! Too bad!!

My first time shipping at Rue 21 in Stone Mt, Store 841 Best customer Sevice I have ever seen.. I experienced a superior Customer Service at this store.. Aisha and her Team Provided us a great Service. They were very Helpful, friendly, Polite, fun and because of that I Purchased over 250 dollar Worth Of Clothing.. GREAT JOB LADIES and KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB. The world can use more People like you all.. Thanks!

I literally HATE shopping, but to my surprise my visit turned out great and painless thanks to Ms. Nola. She had me in and out by helping me put some cute outfits together in no time at all. So nice to have such friendly service. Thanks again, Ms. Nola

The workers here are always very helpful. :-) the store is really tight, they could use more space. I never pay full price for anything bc it will all be in sale in two weeks! ;-)

So i was in the store, on my way to work, had to put some things on hold due to my lack of time, and was 3 days late getting back so I called and asked if it was still on hold, it wasn't but when I talked to Katelyn the manager and told her about 2 key items that I loved, she took the time out of her BUSYYY evening and took care of finding these items for me, she was very helpful as well as having an exceptional attitude! I will always be shopping at that RUE only, and PEPPER is amazing too she always is my personal shopper when I am in there and acts like I am her main priority! VERY IMPRESSED with the service I get when I walk in! Always a kind hello and superb customer service!
