I was not impressed by the size of the crab cakes that I payed for the meal that I purchased. They were small and very flat. The other meal was better. Please make your crab cakes BIGGER!

A place with fast service, delicious entrees, good sides, and/or a terrific salad bar. The choices were numerous. And all for a most reasonable price. Affordable for the best meal ever!
I can't eat here because I need a plane ticket to enter the security area. Therefore, I can't rate this restaurant. However, I've heard good things about the chain. My question is, the address on their web page says 3280 Victor Street, Santa Clara, CA. How can they be in the airport on Victor Street? Something is wrong here. Please advise!
DO NOT ORDER THIS!!!! ive had it 3x. the steak tonight ended up going to my dog. $20 something for a crappy steak and a piece of lobste the size of a book of matches?? the asparagus i ordered was like chewing on bamboo, it was HORRID!!!!!! DONT eat there. McD's would have been a better choice. NASTY.
Worst meal I can remember,Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. Just horrible. 4 small shrimp,3 small cuts of a fish,all sausage all burned to a crisp black,& about a small handful of pasta. Won't go back there !
We love the food at this particular Ruby Tuesdays and the service is always superb

ordered dinner and appetizers, after being on hold for quite awhile, picked up order and appetizers were missing. called to tell them and was again put on hold for some time!
I have been to every Ruby Tuesday in the San Antonio area and they all have the same problems. Poor service and poor food. In every case the manager has had to come out and correct a problem (at least one table every time I have been there. This time the service was slow, the waitress didn't know what was on the salad bar, did not provide refills in a timely manner, and disappear for long periods of time. The manager came out to correct the waitress mistakes over the menu at the table next to us. Will not return...
I am writing to say Thank you for such good food & staff. On 5/15/13 @ 12:15 the 3 of us were served by Sierra D. Sierra was outstanding like all of your staff is. We didn't feel rushed and we got to digest our food instead of being rushed out the door. Our bill was only $43.00 very low considering the quality of your food.

We have been to this location many times over the years and everytime we go we say we will never be back. Usually it has been the service. It has been terrible. We have had to wait way too long to get waited on but we try to give them another chance. But this last time, is the last time we will go there. The food was cold and the salad bar was a mess. I had the fish tacos (how do you mess that up?) and took two bites and that was it. They asked if I wanted to order something else, but who wants to take a chance on that? So go there at your own risk!!
My husband and I along with other friends have been Rubys for over 3 years. We love Kevin at the bar. No matter how bad his day may be going you would never notice it. He is a great employee and you should be honored to have him working there. Thanks Kevin !!!! We love you

I have been here several times and they do an excellent job of "total team service". I feel like everyone is looking out to make sure their customers are satisfied, even the manager! Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!
Very good food and service
The ambience was welcoming ..the server,efficient smiling bright and bubbly,the food ...was great filling and cooked to specifications...the only bad thing about this place is the over zealous table buser ...who through the corse of our meal continued to hover and cast indignant glances to not only the patrons at our table but to others as well...she then comes to our table (while we're still eating) sets her filthy bus tub on a chair next to my brother and asked of finished ...as if trying to rush us out of the establishment . After addressing the management about this (who were very apologitic)..she then returns to our table and in a subtly disguised "haughty" voice asked ...."are you done now...." I'd hate to see such a fine establishment get bad reviews because of one person not performing their job to workplace standards....I would suggest eating her but tell your server to keep the buser at bay!!!
We come to this location because the service is as fantastic as the food. There are two gems to mention. Shara is the best server we've ever encountered. We 'lunch' very often and she just shines!!! Request her every time. She's funny, smart an efficient. Sincerely cannot say enough good things about her! Also,Jerry, the host greets us by name every time he is wonderful as well. But shara is an asset to the company. '
I just wanted to say thank you too Brandon for making our night. Your professionalism and humor couldn't have made this dining experience anymore enjoyable. Not many people have a personality like yours( which we loved by the way). We will be making sure to ask for him every time we come by and visit. Thank you Ruby Tuesdays and Brandon for the wonderful dinner.
Me and my girlfriends went to ruby Tuesday two people out of the group ordered the grilled salmon salad when I say we where sick later that night we were both sick... We will neverrrr eat here again this was an horrible experience..
there was no heat except for on one side of the rest can I get a gift card for another time I spent 30 dollars!!!
