Poor service Only go there if absolutely necessary

i have been workingfor this company for 8 months now and i have to say this is an amazingplace to work for and the way they treat there customers is extremely professional. Amazing place to be working and shopping.

I LOOOVE ROSS!! I always find unusual items that compliment & add to my home! And the STAFF & PRICES....WOW!! THANK U ROSS!!

Returned purchased item - drapes which were missing hardware. Go in to get a credit and sales clerk debits account instead of Crediting!!! Still trying to get this problem resolved.

Horrible service!!! Theresa needs to get checked and change her position. Not a good person to work in front registrer . She was so rude! "US" as a customer we need to get respect from employees and treat us with good service and give us what we really want . The manager needs to check on her . That woman is such a liar.

It is a hit and miss finding stuff. They have good prices and the store is kept clean.

If your not a Ross shopper, they have a large selection from bargain shoes to home decor. Might have to 'sift through' a bit, however this location keeps things very organized for the most part, very friendly staff willing to help every time I've asked. Not to mention, if you look a lil... you can find some 'Good' deals. From saving 30% on jeans to 75% for dress shirts. This is a good Ross, I'd suggest it.

This Ross in particular was fabulous. It well maintained and the particular item was easy to find due to the big signs everywhere. Staff was friendly. I would shop there again.

ross is such a great place to shop with its great prices but the ross in evans is the best with the friendly people and great management they always make my day worth coming there.

Called to ask if an item was in stock, young lady answered the phone & told me that I would have to come look. I repeated her answer to me as a question & she says, "WELL, I can't look right now." Okay...When CAN you look, since that's your job ?? Thanks for the GREAT customer service. She huffs & puffs, says "Ill put you on hold & go look". Another customer care rep gets on the phone & asks me if I was looking for something else completely irrelevant. These peoples customer service skills are NOT there.

The woman who works in the Fitting Room is terrible. I experienced her horrific service on Saturday and it was about noon (2-16-13). This woman is a nightmare on wheels. The owner needs to sit her down and explain the meaning of dollars and cents when it comes to a business, because she is going to cost them a lot of money in the future. I have no time for attitudes especially when I'm at your business to spend my hard working money.

Can often find clothing & home decor items for amazingly reasonable prices, but at times stock is very low. One must return frequently to discover special pieces.

The store is a bit messy at times and the employees aren't very happy but they are helpful

Ross store in Queen Creek is very clean. It also carries a very good lines of top designers. Staff and management is helpful'. Good variety of house items, dog items and mens and womens clothes.
