Worst place to work at or have your loved ones live there. Residents are left in soiled briefs for hours!!! residents are never given snacks or adequate amount of food! Always running low on Grocery's! Bedding aren't washed regularly or how it's suppose to be!!
supplies are always needed, Rosetta never has adequate amount of cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, PPE supplies, etc. Rosetta has very heavy residents and don't supply hoyer lifts or a sit and stands. Workers backs are constantly in pain and unable to do much lifting the next day. Managers don't care at all!!!! they are too cheap to buy the necessary items needed at this facility.
Its one thing to cut corners its another to cut corners at every angle before the bottom falls out.Whether there is inadequate funding or just poor administrative decisions being made at a higer level this company is headed in the wrong direction.Moral is horrible but most of all I feel very sad for the consumer.
