i went in to find a piece of furniture i saw in catalog. such sorry salespeople. no approach. surely they are on commission. they were soo uniterestedin making a sale that i left.sitting around talking like i was invisible.

customer service needs improving, the sales associates sit around around talking while customers and money walked out the door.

Please do not waste your time or money and buy anything from this store they will lie to you about the date they will deliver the furniture they will over charge you for delivery they tried to charge me $50 more then another rooms to go to deliver the furniture .the sales people at this store will lie more then a used car salesman. IDE rather spend all day with a use car salesman then 5 mins at this store

They lie to you and scam you. Tell you to make bigger payments so that you can pay it off faster and you monthly payments will decrease. Yeah, well I'm still paying on them now w the interest and everything I'm paying over double. They could have gave it to me the honest route but anything to make their commission. Just know what your getting yourself into they don't tell you the full truth.

Never was I informed sales are final. This in itself is scary. I was new to the area and was happy to find a store reasonably priced and with lots to choose from. One of the framed art work I bought fell of the wall due to a faulty bracket. I called the store and got a stone wall response all sales final. I spent over $5,000 at this store. I do not endorse them, will never recommend them and will never use them again. A simple request to replace a $169 piece of art when I spent five grand...I am disgusted.

Awful customer service. If you are looking for inexpensive furniture, you would be better off buying a bean bag from walmart because at least with that you could return it. This place is unbelievable. Once you give your money to them, get ready to feel used and abused because they absolutely will not help with any issues at all. The stuff WILL tear up at an unusually fast rate (no I am NOT tough on my things) there stuff is just incredibly cheap quality. Not even the so called GM will help, customer service line or corporate office will help.

Definitely agree with the other review. Walked in the store with my family, sales person said that she would meet us in the kids section, we waited 20 minutes no lady in sight. After the wait we decided to leave. On our way out we saw her comfortably sitting at the entrance waiting for the next person she could supposedly help. Well never buy furniture there!

I visited the showroom and fell in love with a sleigh bed out on the floor. The sales associated said it was in stock and could be shipped in 2 days. Taking the afternoon to measure my room and think before purchasing, I called back the next day to complete the order. I was told by the same sales associate that the king sized bed was now discontinued and no longer available, although it was out on the showroom floor. I asked to buy the showroom model and was told that unless I purchased all 7-8 pieces of the set, they would not sell me the bed. The queen size is still available, so it wouldn't be a loss to the store to sell me the king and put a queen bed in its place to sell with the other items in the set. Warning: although you see the furniture in the showroom for sale, you can't buy it! From now on, I'll be shopping at a store that wants my money.

Bought a sofa, scheduled delivery, it did not show up; called customer service, was told because "computer indicates it was delivered" could not reschedule - much less get delivered - for at least 48 hours. Called store, explained problem, was told only way I could get delivery was to pay for sofa again. Promised to call back, did not. Run, do not buy anything here!

Do not order from this place. Worst customer service ever. Their brochure "guarantees" prompt delivery, with your items arriving in showroom condition. What a joke. My things arrived on a Saturday night. Broken. The delivery men wanted me to look at it, as if I would keep them. I told them to send it back. Told them I expected my items the next day. No items. Not even a phone call. No one would even answer their phones. I made a personal trip to talk to them. I was assured that this would be taken care of the next day. Here it is Tuesday. Still no furniture. Still no phone call. I have to call them. At least they answered the phone this time. They tell me Thursday. I ordered bedroom furniture. Threw out my old stuff So here I have nowhere to put my stuff. For $4000 dollars, I expected more. I will never order from these people again. You are just a sale to tjem. Nothing more. I am going back to Badcock Home Furnishings. They treat you like family.

Would have given zero stars but one is the lowest....Wasted three hours of my life. Was buying a living room set and when I did the math I found an additional charge of $160. The sales rep. was already processing my payment and when I asked him what the charge was he told me he needed my signature first. I reluctantly sign and he finally disclose that it was a charge for a leather treatment and an additional warranty. I was so angry for the tag charges and not disclosing them before charging me that I requested the manager. The manager was as useless as the sales rep. on explaining the reasoning for not disclosing the charges before hand. All she did was tried to explain why I needed to have this addition product and made it seems as I had to have it in order to buy from rooms to go. Was so frustrated that I waited to make sure the entire thing was cancel. Do not go here for anything
