Dissatisfaction
I have always loved Roche bobois furniture . But I had the most dissatisfying experience . I had ordered my furniture summer 2012 and now in April 2013 , I still haven't received my full order .my furniture was ordered through sunny / manager of the Chicago store. There was no follow up from her . I had to make multiple phone calls to her for updates. In February , while they were unloading furniture in my house , they realize they don't have my full order . The second time , an hour before my delivery , they realize the furniture is all wrong . The wrong fabric and the wrong wood finish . This is has been a very disheartening and tough experience for us .
