Just moved here from another state, and another local pharmacy took 5 days to transfer a prescription here. When I went to Rite Aid, it was like "coming home." The pharmacists were kind and helpful. And transferred all my prescriptions within 30 minutes or less. I went in a whole month later and the pharmacist on duty greeted me by name before I even said hello!! Wonderful place!

I hate working here. The money is terrible and the pharmacists think they know everything and run you around like a slave. I have been here for over 5 years and hate coming into work half the time. Ugh!! I should have went to college and did something with my life!!!
We are new to Greenville and went to Rite Aide to transfer our prescriptions from another pharmacy. The pharmacist met us with a smile and the technician was very happy to assist us (something we did not encounter with our previous pharmacy here) We feel happy and look forward to the great customer service. The technician even told us that she would call and get one of the medications refilled that needed a Dr order and hold for us.
this rite aid has the worst pharmacy dept. the workers all feel like they don't want to be there & if you ask a question its like you are bothering you they say anything to get you to leave

Had a great experience at this store. They had everything i was looking for and the staff is really friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact i even got a 20% shopping spree for getting my Flu shot at the pharmacy. Love this store - will def shop again
I have had excellent service every trip, every time... Best pharmacy people in my 52 years of life.. I get my prescriptions filled here 100% only and I was not a rite aid customer full time before I moved to Boise,,,, great Job to the entire staff!!!!!
Can't say enough about how pleasant and knowledgeable the staff in the pharmacy has been since dealing with this location. Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used.

I like shopping here for new makeup. Whenever I cannot find a brands new release I come here and I find it. The prices are kinda high but at least they have what I'm looking for. Its big, clean and employees are kind to me.
I really had a bad experience in this on 300 east willow st its open 24 hrs..The night manager is a b.... She doesnt greet nobody she always has an atitude ..she is also rude ..i dont know why they still keep her there suposibly they hire people that have to be nice and greet people but she is the opposite...if you there tomorrow in the nigt youll see her there just by looking at her fave youll know who em i talking about.
The personnel in the pharmacy are excellent. They believe in going out of their way to provide an excellent range of services which include helping with finding medications that are over the counter. The do not hesitate to spend time explaining the function of a prescribed medication and the side effects.

My husband called in his 2 prescriptions a day ago. I called today at 1:50 to see if they were ready... He said they only had 1 almost finished. I said ok can you do the other too he said sure it will be 30 mins. I went to pick them up 2 hours later because I suspected they wouldn't be finished due to previous issues with them. Waited in the drive thru for 17 mins before it was my turn. Lady came to the window said oh it will be 15 to 20 mins. So here I am sitting in the parking lot trying to find away to vent my frustration while I wait. And probably still won't be ready in 20 mins. So don't come here unless you have your whole day free to wait around.
If you spend more than five minutes in the store...you are watched by the undercover security woman. Makes you feel like you have no right to be in the aisles looking at the merchandise. I personally, have not ever shoplifted but they make you feel like you are committing a crime.
Only go there if you are getting in and out.
The employee's are professionals, the store is clean and organized! Expect Outstanding Sevice!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. The employees are extremely slow, don't remember longtime customers, often don't have enough medication available. It is very frustrating as a veteran to have to deal with Riteaid and not have any other type of pharmacy or mailing service available.
I went to this location just last month and everything was great, people were nice, but my second experience was just bad. Even though it was over a phone call, it was bad service. I had called and asked which doctor was in today, the woman on the phone did not give me the name of the doctor, just said, its a woman doctor. Then I asked if theres a way if I could speak with this doctor, with a tone she said, "no, there isn't, they don't have a phone so you can't speak with them". Not only did it stop there, I also asked if there was a way to see patient histories because I was just there the month before and she interrupted me and said, again with a tone, "no we are not part of sutter we are rite aid so I can't answer any of your questions". Then I asked even if its the express care at that location, and she sounded really upset this time, and said, "no we are not part of sutter". Obviously, I got nowhere in the conversation. I feel like she could have went about things in a few different ways. Even if she had things in a more polite manner I would not be upset at all.
I just asked if I could speak to who ever doctor was in at the moment and she said with a tone "no, you can't they don't have a phone" then I asked if there was anyway I could talk to them or they could check my files since I came in literally last month and she cut me off and said, again with a tone, "no we can't we are rite aid not Sutter so none of your questions can be answered". She really could've gone about this in some different ways. Like suggesting I just walk in for example?
My prescription was done so quick. They have a great team!!
I feel Jennifer at the Erie Blvd location deserves kudos for her professional, caring Service. She actually took time outta her day to help me with a situation any other pharmacist would of turned a shoulder.
She went above what was expected of her, and hope her and her team get the recognition they deserve. Keep up the great work..
First of all the staff in the pharmacy is very helpful and very courteous. The store is so clean and an excellent place to shop for all your needs..Plenty of parking and the hrs and service is excellent.
I switched to Rite Aid because they promised to keep my daughter's medication in stock. She needs it every day. I went today for her medication and they told it won't be in until Friday. Thanks so much for the lies! Get me to switch to you and don't carry the medication. Someone needs to lose their job over this!
the pharmacy that i have used for about 6 years has gone down the tubes COMPLETELY!! I will not waste my time with them anymore. I am on about 12 meds and i can never get a straight answer when i ask questions. The pharmacist just dances around it.....i think she just likes to hear herself talk. And she never really says ANYTHING and every time you turn around they have to call you doctor to get some kind of information. It is just crazy...i am outta there!!!!
They are COMPLETELY ridiculous in the pharmacy. They don't have too many answers to questions ...they just dance around it and you know as much as you did when you started out. I will NOT do business here anymore. I have used this pharmacy for about 5 years....NOW i am finally fed up!! Please get a pharmacist that knows something!
The employees are exceptionally courteous. When I asked where the greeting card was, one walked me over and showed them to me.
People working there were really rude,argument got heated with employee, doubtful to go back.
The staff there is so friendly! They definitely go out of their way to help you. The girls in the pharmacy have got to be my favorite, though. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM.
Pharmacy is slowest I have ever seen. When they tell you 15-20 mins they actually mean 2 hours!!! The women back there are so rude!! I've been rite aid customer for 30+ years and I am switching. I will never use this place again.
The elderly woman who works the cash register some mornings is extremely slow. The line will stretch halfway to the back of the store. Once you reach the register, prepare for the slowest transaction ever. I once stood in line for over half an hour (out of morbid curiosity) to buy a soda and a pack of cigarettes. It is faster to walk up the street to the Dollar General if you can.
If the older lady isn't working, the other people who work there are all nice and very quick.
I don't live near this store, but went in to have a prescription filled for my mom who had broken her shoulder. They said they would call me when it was ready. I waited almost an hour, and went to check...they had forgotten about it and now they tell me that this prescription is $438!!! So I waited all that time and didn't even get the prescription! I think they could have told me before an hour had gone by! Then, I went to purchase two items that were on sale. After I left, I realized that I was charged full price. I went back and the guy said "Well, that's why I asked you if you had a card". As if I should have known that I wouldn't get the marked price without a card! The manager asked what was wrong, and I told her that I thought these were on sale, but I wasn't told that I needed a card. She just said "huh" and walked away! I asked for a full refund, and the guy never apologized. He just said "ok, sign here and you're good to go". I have never shopped in a Rite Aid before, but I certainly well never go back again! They need some serious customer service training.

I was with Kay Cee's, once they closed I transferred to Rite aid.Service is great,they call To let you know that your prescription is ready and they have free delivery. This is great for seniors like me who no longer drive.THANK YOU RITE AID FOR CARING !

All the workers are extremely nice. I don't always get a welcome to rite aid though, but usually it's because they're busy so I understand. Also I like the manager there, keep up the work.
