The attendant (July 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM) was extemely rude to me. The custard I received was very watery and I asked to have it replaced and the young lady refused. I will never go to this location again.
WOW...luv this place...I could eat their gelati all day long...you must try it....yummy
Last evening (9/17) about 7:30PM; ordered 2 med size twists to go. When paying the $6+ I asked if they were the medium size. Was told yes. The product did not come close to the rim of the 8oz container or did it barely touch the sides of the container.
If that was "medium", I would hate to see the small serving.
Too little product and too much money. We're done with Rita's!!

I love this Rita's. The service is always quick and friendly, and treats always taste great. I have been coming here since they opened, and have not had one bad experience. I recommend Rita's to friends every chance I get. They're a great place to go whether you've got a craving or just need a pick me up. I will definitely continue returning.
I say the Italian icy's could start a revolution with one solution the taste so good! Customer service is phenomenal !!its amazing!!
