Recently new management has taken over Retro Fitness in Naples FL location. Now when does mangement call the cops on members who are waiting on a class to begin, while this same mgmt. refuses to allow the instructor to give the class?? How many upset members? about 83...the cops left after knowing members were only waiting on a class....ridiculous!!! I as a member dont need this in my workout. I would NEVER recomend this gym...Its cheap but not worth the drama and lies.

From the second you walk in the door, it smells like a dirty mop.. The girls at the front desk are rude and care more about flirting with friends than taking care of customers... The equipment is dirty and the staff is lazy.. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and be treated to a nicer experience.

they are very nice and helpful they are far from pushing like the other gyms i have gone to its like walking into your favorite place to do what you to best be yourself with no problems or question they r my second family

Cancelling is impossible unless you get help from your bank. Do not sign up for automatic payments. Once they have your information, you will not be able to get them to stop billing you, and they will ignore your requests to cancel your account. This is a very unethical company.

Noisy, DIRTY, and crowded. The price is low, but I guess I get what I pay for. Waiting for contract to end to look elsewhere.

Delt with Karen....was very workable with fees-made it possible for me to continue membership/family. Very happy w/outcome. Highly reccommend over Golds or The Y.
