I tried to set up an appointment for an estimate for replacement windows. The rep refused to set the appointment up because I could not get all homeowners there at the same time. Sounds like you must have to resort to high pressure sales tactics. I would not use your company now if you paid me to install your windows. Good luck with your shoddy business practices.!
