very seldom complain about a place. today was exception. waited forever for service and after two others received service, we left. Host not that bothered. That concerns me as we like Red Robin. Red Robin near by and has extremely good selection and beers and they have good burgers.

I have been many times and everytime I am treated as though it is my first time. The staff is efficient and attentive. The food is inexpensive and delicious. The tower of onion rings are a must!!! Many different choices in the menu but not too many to confuse you. Desserts are heavenly if you have enough room after your meal. From non alcoholic drinks to alcoholic drinks there is a variety and each drink is fresh and cold. If you haven't been then your missing out, so check it out once and I can guarantee it won't be your last.

We have been coming to this Red Robin since they opened. It was always a GREAT burger. However, we went a couple of weeks ago (June, 2013) and the burger was no better than Burger King. We noticed a menu change. Seems they are trying to be everything to everyone now. Stick to what you do best - BURGERS!

To start food was great,waitress great.We where in handicap parking which is a good distance compared to oher non handicap whick were taken. Enjoyed the lunch and ready to leave and the sky opened up with a heavy down-pour.The wife and had no unbrella and we were just wondering how to get to the car without getting soaked.well here comes the manager i asume and jokingly my wife say would you get our car and the answer was sure.Well he did and we were shocked.It just doesn't get better than that.We thank your Red Robin for the great Service. I love red robins! I usually eat at RR at least twice a month for family outings! But the experience I received today for asking if you guys take reservation? Was flat out rude and I'm sorry to say but I will no longer be eating at this establishment and as well I will let my friends and family know about this horrific experience. The lady was just rude! She could've been nicely let me know that RR does not accept reservations and I would've been ok with it.

Always prompt seating, clean tables, great food, and super polite staff. The fries are delicious, the milkshakes are out of this world, all around a great place to go as a couple or take out the family.... Great location as its right across the street from South Coast Plaza and there is always close parking in their well lit parking lot. Two thumbs up!

We have eaten here several times recently. The food is delicious--especially the burgers! And the servers are friendly, efficient, and helpful. We never leave feeling hungry or dissatisfied in any way. Thank you, Red Robin team!
