Besides the amazingly beautiful luxurious children and teen clothing at this wonderful country store, the staff is amazing! Friendly, knowledgable and just generally fabulous. I can't wait to go back and get more stuff for the kiddies.
I have shopped at numerous of the Polo Factory Store every since they have opened as an factory outlet. The Polo Factory Store in Williamsburg, Virginia is the WORST in reference to customer service to all people. After each visit to this location, it makes me regret for even shopping at this location. I am not pleased how one category of people are harrassed while shopping. I love each experience at the Polo Factory Store in Myrtle Beach, SC and Smithfield, NC. The entire staff are wonderful, ready to assist with questions or needs. They do not care what your skin tone my look like. I have numerous of friends who travel and pass through the Williamsburg location, I have made it point to share with them my experience and not to waste your time shopping the Williamsburg location. I am sure this posting will not be released but due know I have made it a point to write a letter to your headquarters to share my experience at the Williamsburg, Va location.
