Cashier was ok but manager had bad attitude just because I got an item mixed up when I ordered my food. At first I wasn't charged for an extra sauce but since she had to correct my order she decided to charge me.
This location is one of the worst Rally's I've been ever been to. When i pulled up to place my order the first thing the cashier said was they were out of fries until the manager got back, and they also were out of napkins and bbq sauce. So after I ordered my burger with no fries, the cashier charged me .26ยข for a cup of water. I shoud've at least got my water free for the inconvenience.
