I truly love this store. It hard to find larger women's sizes but not in your store. You have awesome prices and variety.

they were so lazy , I ask for a fitting room and they said it was open and I went but they weren't I kept asking wer on phone talking all the time wasn't great

This rainbow is simply trash if you want to use credit card they ask for id c'mon this is just rainbow I don't care for this rainbow @ all & the female who works their make minimum wage have an attitude..

I use to shop here for school clothes. The quality is decent enough, the prices are cheap.

I personally like accessories and perfumes.. You can buy 3 perfumes bottles at $ 10 only. Try Bamberry (Women) perfume. Just Awesome.

I certainly love Rainbow , I shop almost 4 days out the week . Anything Im looking for I can find , especially at the last minute. Im close to the area , the customer service is great , thr workers absolutely know their store, trust me Im always in need of assistance. I shop there all year around , definitely for girl clothes and there Plus Size selections are awesome if I do say so myself. I will continue to shop there. Hopefully I can work there one day , I would LOVE IT.

The tom hill location is 2 miles from my home and so I used to go in there often. Every single time I went in I was not spoken to and waited a long time to try on clothes or purchase some. I will not be returning to this store. Even the manager was rude.

Like the store because it carries good shoe's and jewelry those are my favorite of everything. Also I go there to buy tank top's with the spaghetti straps. They carry a nice selection of colors. I can wait for Rainbow to open up in Haverhill.

I can't believe this store! Awful Customer Service! I bought a few items and tried to return one of them 9 days later with attached tags and receipt and was denied. I had to contact the District Manager for results (thank you to her) What respectable store has a 7 day policy?!? If you want customers of a different calaber then you need to treat them as such and have a normal 30/90 day policy. People who work CAN NOT SHOP multiple times a week! Secondly, I was shopping today with my daughter and was using the Savvy Shopper App on my phone to compare prices and was asked to leave. Way to go....you kicked out the ONLY customer you had in the place. They said I could be a vendor or something. I'm not. Just a potential customer giving you another chance after the 'receipt thing' and that solidified my feelings on bargain shopping. We live in the technology age there are shopping aids on our smart phones, people like to use them and like stores where they feel welcome and not like they are being watched. What's the point of a QR reader or other apps if you can't use them? Too bad I was looking to update my whole fall wardrobe and will not be purchasing any pieces from Rainbow. I guess it's true what they say about who their clientele is
