Everyone here has been top-notch in their skills, efficiency, patience and empathy for patients needing blood lab work. Congratulations to all! And my deepest thanks.
Terrible service employes move extremely slow also receptionists rude shopping on line techs standing around talking to each other instead of working ! Wake up office manager run your ship!!
Had my blood drawn twice by this company and was bruised for two weeks both times, not good !

Building is being torn down. Quest lab is long gone.
They don't answer their phone,All mailboxes full. What a way to run a lab Hire someone to at least pick up the phone.

The gentleman at the front registration desk is rude. When I asked him to wash hands prior to drawing blood and doning gloves he removed gloves and threw them down on counter. I had his co-worker draw blood. I am also in the medical field and gloves do not always protect from germs as gloves can tear. After the fact, I was informed that this gentleman drew blood on someone else I know and they had a large bruise in the antecubital area. Also there is not a direct phone number
Actual service is fine. I do however, have a difficult time talking to a "live" person or getting a call back.Hours of operation on this page would also be helpful.I am simply trying to find out if this office is open on Saturday, but this has not been easy.
Professional, courteous and fast.
My blood draw required a fast that ended just before 11am today. I realized that they close at 11 for lunch so I brought things to do in case I had to wait. Since nobody else was there at the time, they went ahead and did the blood draw quickly and painlessly. I was on my way at 11:02. I have had all good experiences with this lab. They do a great job.
I waited for an hour before even being registered. This is not acceptable!!! Can I give negative stars?

I was greeted by a friendly English lady and was called back almost immediately. The blood draw was excellent I hardly felt a thing! The allergy testing I had done was sent to my physician and was ready for me before my next visit with him. The lady was very knowledgeable and I could tell she had a lot of experience. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing lab work!
The office at Chesapeake lane is very clean and the ladies working there are friendly. It makes getting my blood drawn a little easier! Thank you Quest.
Closed 10 minutes early. Rush to get there to have the door locked early.
They missed all but one of my orders. Had to go back in and repeat blood work!! Will NEVER go there again. The guy that drew my blood was bad and shouldn't be in the medical field!
The phlebotomist never arrives on time. The few times I've been there she is always late. She parks her car in the middle of the parking lot and is rushing to open the place up. She is not friendly at all. In my personal opinion as a person who deals with customers on a daily basis, she should be a bit more friendly. She needs to arrive before the customer and not have them waiting outside in line for her to open or having to wait on her to get her stuff together.
Went to this location was seen by a black slim guy he was awesome..The service was amazing i will be back and i told my friends and doctor about my service at this Quest Diagnostics..
I unfortunately need bloodwork on a regular basis. The staff at this particular location is very friendly and understanding. When I've made appointments, I've been in and out in less than 20 minutes.
The BEST patient service I've experienced IN YEARS. ! Fast. efficient, great help with an insurance issue. These woman deserve acknowledgement.

Automated system won't allow you to make appointment! now, I have to travel to NLV location.
One reason for looking up a business on the internet might be for their hours. Where are they? how about some kind of hours then the statement "hours may fluctuate" Thanks anyway.
The Techs are very good and very Pleasant . You could not ask for more professional people.
I checked in at 7:26 I did not get blood drawn until 8:30...............When I got there there were 2 phlebotomists there and they were by no means speedy.n The whole room was full, 3 - 4 people walked out, absolutely ridiculous. Then another one came in, ( thank goodness) and she got things rolling. what the other two were doing is beyond me but not a lot of happy people waiting an hour.

My visit this morning went very smoothly. Sharon is a very caring, professional,. I was taken in within minutes of my appointment. I recommend this particular lab.
I will never again use Quest - or your major competitor. There is no way to get through to a live person at this address. I needed to confirm/change an appointment. Why not have a human being there who can help? Makes me wonder how caring the draws are going to be.
Worst location I have ever been to. All the employees are extremely rude!! And the wait time is ridiculous!!
Went for my appointment today. They lost it and asked me to wait and they would get to me in 45 minutes. Did not stay. Would not go back.
I cannot believe what poor service is offered with this lab when you cannot find a phone number that will allow you to speak to anyone and there is no information about the hours of operation. So apparently they expect you to drive clear across town, walk through the door, and ask them, before you can even get things scheduled. I'm very disappointed in this very poor service.
You'll never find this place, and everyone you ask for directions will steer you wrong. Worst location ever, plus rude front desk. Also they are very behind on their appointments, which negates the purpose of having an appointment.

Will trying to contact the plant city Florida center I have to dail an out of town number. That person will be able to answer the question I am going to asking because do not live in plant city. Why can't the website have the plant city phone like other locations provide?

Again, your people at the front desk are rude, condescending and sorely lacking in public relations. This is the third time that my wife was treated poorly and my suggestion is that you fire the lady on the front desk who was on duty August 22, 2013. Not only were we not able to get the blood work, this lady felt she could chastise us in front of other people. Fire this lady!
I had an appt. today on 8/20/13@11:00am. Upon arrival I was met with a cheerful,confidant professional! She made me feel at ease and I was thankful! The facility was clean,neat and organized. Unfortunaly I did not get the caregiver's name but she stated that she was a floater and I remember seeing her at the facility at NW 4Street in Plantation on a previous blood work up. She also stated that she has been working for Quest for approximately 20 yrs. She is an asset to Quest and deserves a raise. When I go for blood work again, I hope to see her smiling face. If not for her I would use another lab!!!!!! Again this is the facility in Davie, Fl. at 4801 S. University Drive Suite 113a. Thank you my angel!!!!!

I have found Quest Diagnostics to be very accommodating to my schedule. I make my appointment on line and when I arrive at the Coral Square office, I barely sit down when I am called. Thanks for the efficient and courteous way in which your patients are treated by each and every employee.
Have used this facility numerous times at both the old and new locations in Lake wales. They are both fast and courteous, as well as knowledgable. Have also used competetors when told I had to.....Vast difference! P.S. In most cases you DON'T have to. Call and ask.

A wonderful, professional experience. I arrived 12 minutes early. Was greeted promptly. Paperwork, BP, blood draw, ht. & wt. completed and I was out in 10 minutes. A prior experience at a different Quest was horrible. Ocoee, Florida: Great team, great experience!
Don't answer phones three people that i spoke didn't have clue about D.O.T. exams.
I have been going to Quest for blood tests and results for a long time, and never have I been disappointed in the quality of service and personnel who assisted me at the Bryn Mawr location. Always a positive experience!
