Chronic problem with staffing, looking up to see customers waiting - this has been the case since opening. Several complaints have been ignored!

I went in to get my prescription from Susie, the pharmacist, Sunday night at around 5:30 PM.she was exceptionally helpful.despite the fact that the store closes at six, she took her time and explained how to take the prescription.

Every time I go here I end up feeling like every employee there is there to make anyone and everyone happy with their shopping experience. It feels like going out to a party and the carpet is down just for you. Great staff, great service and out of the way help. 5 0f 5 for sure.

A great experience there at Christmas time especially the meat counter . Very impressive with cleanliness ,& outstanding service, not to mention the quality of the beef . Very professional staff.

Simply the best of best works at this store in DeLand. From the Manager, Asst. Mgrs. to the folks that stock, bag, cashier, deli and bakery. All are always there to help with any questions or problem you may have. Someone is doing an excellent job training all these individuals. Love shopping there

All of these new stores are popping up around town but I always come back to this store because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Not only are they helpful, they REALLY WANT to help! There is a difference there and you can feel it when you speak with any of them.

I ordered a sheet cake that was supposed to feed 25 people and it was to be decorated in the frozen theme. When I picked it up it was not the size I asked for and was very poorly decorated, they charged me 8.00 for a plastic piece with a sticker of the princess in the middle. I ordered from Publix because normally their cakes are good. But this one was a big let down and the cake decorater acted as if she didn't care.So needless to say I won't be back to this Publix store for a cake again.

Just wanted to say that after having been a Walgreen's customer for over 20 years - the Publix Pharmacy customer service is the BEST. I was actually assisted and helped by trained and courteous staff. I am very happy that I made the change to the Publix Pharmacy and said goodbye to Walgreens and their rude, unprofessional staff.

The people in this store are the most polite and helpful than any other store.

I'm writing to complain about the Honeymaid products all over the store today for buy 1/get 1 free. Customers should be aware that Honeymaid recently made a commercial about two gay men with a baby, calling them a "wholesome" family. Shopping Walmart across the street, now.

I used to shop at this Publix all the time. I've noticed a decline in the last couple of years. They don't stock enough of products (normal things like bagels and chicken) and they have reduced product choices. I sent a comment on their corporate website, but no one responded. I honestly don't think they care. They have a monopoly on supermarkets in Weston. I really wish someone else would come here to force Publix to be more competitive.

As you might gather I am over age 55 live in the villages the store is always clean the employees always happy to help love to shop it is not a chore service desk deli counter and bakery visit them few times a week thank you for the management that keep your employees happy

I went to this store on 6/15/14 with my two teenage nieces and suffered my first epileptic seizure where i was paralyzed on left side while sitting next to pharmacy and no one did anything. My nieces were scared and crying and employees would come by and ask if I was ok and walk away. The customers seemed more concerned than the employees. I wonder if my nieces had not called 911 if they would have done anything. I felt more bad for the girls than me because I could not console them. What a lack of concern from them.

Worst run Publix ever! Long wait in deli They leave vegetables out too long seafood person is never there to wait on you Have to ask meat guy for the meat on special and usually he brings it out FROZEN Long waits in check-out and usually end up bagging my own groceries Unfriendly check out staff who are NOT the sharpest knives in the drawer.

We shop at this store for the really nice produce. We also like the Publix deli items. Clean and well maintained store

You cannot shop at this Publix without someone welcoming you, offering help, wishing you a nice day or asking you to come again. They always offer to walk you to the car and when there is a worker in the parking lot they usually take your cart. They are a great team. That’s the Publix I know and love.

Stop hiring disrespectful teens behind customer service counter. Miranda needs to work in the back where she can keep her smart comments to herself.

The pharmacy here has the rudest employees.

They must be over worked. They have a real attitude problem. The customer is last here. Other Publix stores are not like this We will be taking our $2,000.00 plus monthly shopping else where. The employees at this Pharmacy including the main Pharmacist are not customer friendly. We have tolerated this for years but last week was the final abuse we will take from them. The convenience is no longer worth the verbal abuse there.

If you want to be profiled for having your work clothes on then make sure MEAGAN is the one who checks you out. You'll get first class, SECOND CLASS treatment. Very embarrassing to say the least. Even after spending $100.

I have been lucky to live a few blocks away from the BEST Publix I've experienced. The employees are ALWAYS eager to assist, curtious, kind & welcoming. The environment is well lit, clean & set up to garuntee you will always buy more than you thought you needed. The cake bakers are the best part of it all. Their creations, for the price, are always remarkable. I love bragging to my friends & family memebers at each event of their cakes.

Publix are always the best. But, this particular one have the best customer care ever. The cashiers are so friendly. Just the other day I was saying that there is no way they could get friendlier!. One of them actually did, to the point that I just wanted to go back in line again. Keep up the good work.

We've been grocery shopping at all of Pensacola stores going back the Red Owl and Pantry Pride and have found Publix to be the most customer minded.We now shop at Publix for our grocery needs.

I've always liked the Publix stores, but from the day this store was built I have been shopping there. I even got a souvenir Publix wine glass at the official opening. This is my favorite Publix. The intimate atmosphere, (also due to the lighting), the displays, the well-trained, friendly personel and of course the quality products is what attracts me to this store.There's something for every budget. Every now and then there's a special event with tasting booths and even live music ! very festive . No matter what other new super stores pop up near it, and one did recently, I wont even bother to check them out. I appreciate the $5 coupons that we're receiving in the mail lately, but even without them I'll still remain a loyal Publix patron.

I only had an issue with the blond ( dye job ) manager who talks to people like they are stupid. Bit over all the people who work there are really nice and helpful. I do a lot of shopping ther and i never have a problem!

This is a smaller store, BUT it is the BEST store around! My family lives about 2 miles away from this location and we shop there at least once a week. Everyone is very friendly, always willing to find what you need. For a smaller store, selection is awesome. Never have I had a time when they didn't have what I was looking for. Everyone always makes a point to say hello and it just feels like family. Thanks for making customer service a priority!

This Publix is only 2 miles from my home. I go at least 5 times a week! I love the convenience; and the employees are always helpful and friendly. The only thing this store lacks is a sushi counter.

It will not display weekly ads for the market street location!!!!!!!! I go through this same crap every week. It will display every location from Palmetto to Clark Road. But never the ads for the store in the ZIP I enter. Lakewood Ranch Market Street!!!!!

Best place great people and great service

I go to many different publix locations in this area but this store shines above the rest. Service is fantastic, any problems are resolved and I chose this publix to do my medical scripts I could not be more pleased with the service and time saving this store gives to me. I have been reviewing for over one year and this is my first comment.

They don't have any Publix supermarkets where I'm from but was able to visit one recently after moving to Florida. I was thrilled with the experience! One of the cleanest stores I have visited and great customer service to go along with it; I will be shopping solely in Publix from now on!

This store is the BEST! The best service, the best employees and the best quality. Two other things I love are that they hire the handicapped and do not allow tipping. Publix is locally owned so the profits stay local too. Why anyone would shop somewhere else is beyond me.

These guys sell food and drinks. Other stuff too. You can go in a get a big metal cart & fill it up with stuff and then pay for it. Then they let you put it in your car and take it home. The only negative about this company is the staff is a labor union!!! Labor unions are unconstitutional and are turning our free & prosperous country spiritually bankrupt socialist state. Fight socialism. You have no choice. Otherwise they will soon take everything you have & care about in life.

So me my baby and my boyfriend had stop by before heading home.and we had a bag from cvs in her stroller now we went to buy like 5 items and we went to check out cause.they were.closing so w. Check out and are heading out when we are stop and told to come with them we go cause we ate confused this people embarrassed. Us so bad all the associates were stading there staring at us and they acused us of stealing pads im like wat so we had the.recibe. and they ok thank u no apology or nothing we are leaving and everyone just staring at us it was so embarrasing I will never go back. Customer service in the deli section sucks!!! Need to teach them some manners!!

This is the worst store I have ever been to. The prices are outrages and the sale items not really a sale as they mark up to mark down. The layout is new and improved which means a maze to get you to navigate the entire store for a loaf of bread which is as far left as you can go and milk which is in the very back corner next to eggs. The only reason I gave it two stars is a few of the staff is nice. A few could use some people skills and the parking lot a disaster. Pedestrian walk is a joke thanks to those confused what those white lines are for and a light blocks the intersection which is one of the few ways out.

On Wednesday 27 April We ordered from the deli a large platter of chicken drummettes for our Level Church Maundy THURSDAY congregational dinner held at the church. You can imagine my surprise when I was given a 10% at the till. What a wonderful gesture! Now I wonder if I will get a special promotion when I order all 20 trays of deli food and my wedding cake for my wedding soon. Let me know when your next promotion comes around again. Once again. This store has been of great help to me and my family. The employees always have a smile on there faces and have wonderful personalities when they greet people. It seems like when I am looking for something that I can not find, I don't even have to ask for help. It's like an employee already knows that I am having problems and they come to me on their own and ask if I need any help finding something. If only all stores were like this, it would make this world an amazing place. Once again I would like to say thank you for all your help and support.

I then spoke to Kaitlyn that same evening and despite the last minute changes that I made, she told me that they would have it ready for me earlier than the scheculed time. I have been going to Publix since it I was a child and I have never stopped considering Publix as my primary Food Market of choice. I can't wait to stop by the Deli, on the way out. Customer Service is anything but service. They are slow to respond, and not very pleasant, in particular Ashley.

I was very dissatisfied with the overall unprofessionalisam of the deli dept. inability to take a simple sub order. I called for a sub order for lunch. I was put on hold 3 times by 3 different people. Heres how it went " Hello, I would like to order a sub" 1st person " one moment please" 2nd person " hello, can I help you" Yes I would like to order a sub" "one moment please" 3rd person " Hello can I help you" "Yes I would like to order a sub" "What kind?" " Can you tell me the sizes and price of the subs" I hear 3rd person say "Hey, he wants to know what the prices are" On hold again. Finally he comes back and tells me the price. I order, go the the store to pick it up. My fault for not looking in the bag to check our what I payed for. 1) I ordered wheat bread, I got white 2) the sliced turkey was about 1/4 inch thick 3) the cheese was about 1/4 inch thick If I wanted to be treated this way, I would have gone to one of the obnoxious counter people a Kroger, not what I would expect from Publics. In this day when food is so expensive and retailers are competing for each others business, Publics would be wise to keep a closer eye on their people who serve the public

My husband bought 6! 3/3/13, last day of the sale. We always swear by Publix steaks but from 1 NY strip I have a picture of my dinner plate of unedible meat. Are you selling horasemea? or buying from anothe supplier. I put it on facebook and will see how many others had their dinner ruined. Guess we have to go to a market instead of Piblix. I'm sorry but I so looked forward to a good NY strip. The little meat I got from the grizzle tastes nothing like NY Strip, Why is that?

We have three kids with severe allergies and the deli department is always excellent about cleaning the machines an changing their gloves to avoid cross contamination. They are always very nica and extremely helpful.

Zero customer service. I asked for help locating an item & was looked at disdainfully for requesting anything. I went to check out & was not greeted & ignored. Then Sarah proceeded to act put out when she had to stop talking to a co-worker to help me check out with three items. Never go here again!!
