my daughter and I went here after a long day. We had the pedicures. This was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. My feet were in rough shape, and now they are beautiful!

I went to get my nails before my vacation. They did a great job, the color last for almost a month. Very friendly. I'd recommend to anyone who may want their nails done.

I always call ahead of time to make an appt. I arrive at my time scheduled walk away a happy customer. They are very busy and I suggest making an appt. if able to do so. If you cannot make an appt., you will more than likely have to wait because they are that busy.

I have been there a couple times, they get really busy. This last time I went I had to wait a while, but once the guy helped me he got them done quick and good. It is a good place to go they just get a lot of customers.

My daughter did her nails and was disapointed with result which was not well done nails, they were glued to his finger. When she told Tony to remove glue from her finger he replied: "It is because of your crooked finger." My daughter never went back. POOR SERVICE!

Service is getting worse in the last year. I went to get French manicure today. Tony starting as per him for "permanenent" and when I insisted on French, he took off whatever he started and proceeded with something which I though is French. After getting my eyebrows done I paid for the service. I ended with regular manicure and tip thich like 1/3 of my nail, white spots on my fingers, and a bleeding cuticle. Wax was hot . I though it was odd that Tammy didn't ask if it is hot, and did't blow into the brush with wax on it, to make it cooler, which she usualy does. My skin has been still red and irritated. Overall very bad experience, and I will not recommend going to get service because they don't listen to what you came in for.

I always go to see Peaches. She does a wonderful job on my nails, feet, and waxing the eyebrows so come on in ladies.

I went to get a full set done they did a horrible job didn't even cover my real nail with the fake nail and I wanted a French tip and did a horrible job doing it. I felt like they were in a rush or didn't want to do what I wanted and they weren't even busy. I would not recommend anybody getting there nails done here go some where else it not worth $30.00.

Out of the 20 or so different local salons I have visited over the years, Pretty Nails has to be one of my favorites. The young man who does my nails is not only friendly and fast, but also excels at what he does. Usually when you visit a salon, you get one of the three; speed, quality, friendliness. It is not often you recieve ALL three in the same service, however, at Pretty Nails in Rockford, Il, that IS the case! Thanks to all the employees there and please keep up the great work! :)
