i was in potbelly's last week two days in a row and the young lady that help me was very helpful. it was my first time eating there, and she made it very nice for my family and i. her name is shavohn, and both days were great.

we were visiting my family member at Ohio State University Hospital on Saturday. I figured that people in my party were hungry after spending time on the road to get here, so I went to Potbelly's on 11th Ave-Columbus, Ohio. we ordered a couple of salads, 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, and 1 turkey breast sandwich. The chicken was eatable due to it being so overcooked, and dry. The turkey breast sandwich was supposed to be double meat, and was not. The salads were AWFUL, and the lettuce was wilted. I usually go to the downtown location, and I will continue this practice because the 11th Ave location is AWFUL, and inconsiderate.
