I came thru the drive thru and I have to say the service here is the best I've seen in years. The cashier was friendly and the food was good and hot! This is much better than the last time I came here a few years back. It was about 3 minutes from ordering to getting my order. I'll drop by anytime I'm in the area.
I went there hungry ,and left hungry. After 15 minutes waiting with no service in auto line, then inside,no service. Needless to say never again.

After I called to let them know that I was short of 2 chicken and that my upsize breast was not spicy. She said save the chicken she said save the chicken and bring it back. I then asked to speak to the manager. After a minute the phone was disconnected. I called back and after the tenth there were silence after the pick up and again a dial tone. I called back several times to no avail on October 21, 2014 about 7:20pm. My visit was that same day about 6:25pm. They need training from Chick-fil-a. Do food was good but service, service please service!
Very friendly staff!! Everyone looks like they want to be there and working. So refreshing! Wish some of my students could job train there and let some positive attitudes rub off on them : )

We recently traveled through Atlanta airport. We stopped to eat at this Popeye's. The workers were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was great and atmosphere made it pleasant to eat there.

This was my first time trying Popeye's and problemly my last time.The food was good, but I'm a delivery driver and this location does not have a restroom for the public. This is important to me because I need a place to wash my hands before eating finger foods. -- SO DISAPPOINTED!

who ever put the batter and flour on chicken they put too much salt in the breading ....mashed potatoes did not have no gravy.the manager had made everything right at the end
Food was ok my wife and I ate it and have been sick for a week. If I had money I would sue for food poisoning from the beans and rice! I wish I could rate it a zero!
I had never eaten at Popeyes before. Today was my first time and certainly it would be the last one. I went there for the new Buffalo chicken. When I went inside the restaurant, nobody was at the front, I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back. I knocked and he finally came, he did not apologize for the wait, but instead he was rude. My food was cold and the Buffalo sauce was spilled all over the container (inside and out) My plate was horrible. I honestly had to through it away. I will never go back to this place.
This is the only Popeyes has the best tasty chicken. I love it

This is by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The store was in fact clean but the STAFF?!? They were loud, abnoxious, and lazy. Fifteen ppl got there food before me. The fat mean window girl overcharged me for a 16pc then would give me a receipt. I waited calmly for 35min, that's ridiculous! I hope daytime staff is better. I will never go here at night again. You guys suck

I order eight pieces meal should come with one large mash potatoes and four biscuits. I also order Cajun rice too. Anyway they forgot my mash potatoes and Cajun rice. This is the one time I forgot to check my order. So make sure u check your order before u leave the drive thur window.

Horribly slow "service", employees that don't seem to care one bit, dining room is usually in need of a cleaning. I love Popeye's chicken, and this is on my way when I travel through Harrisburg, but this location gives the rest of the chain a bad name.

I live in the northeast. Mo Popeyes. Their chicken is just spicy enough and always perfectly cooked. I always take an antacid pill and allow an extra hour at ATL so I can eat too much chicken. Beans and rice is good too.
Tuesdays 2pc. Dark only 99 cents. But the prices on corn on the cob baffled me. Small equals one large equals two. Small 1.95 but the sale price for large is 3.99. Wow, 9 cents extra to buy more.
Do not eat here. The staff is disrespectful and the food is subpar. Just keep driving.

I am a regular customer at this popeyes location. every time I come in there is never any chicken ready for me I always have to wait patiently at least 15 to 20 mins on chicken I really getting fed up with all the waiting
We like Popeye's chicken so we stopped by the one in Homewood to pick some up for dinner. They said it would be 12 minutes for them to cook more chicken...happens every time...this time it took 20 minutes and when we got home and unpacked the bag we found that they had only filled the containers of the side orders half full. That is not the way to do business... especially in this economy!

Service wasn't great. The person who waited on me acted like she didn't want to be there. Food was barely OK and way overpriced. I understand completely why the place was almost empty at the noon lunch rush. I'll never go back.

I was in Popyes today around 6:00 pm and the young lady at the first register get all praises from me. She did not have the correct change to give me so I purschased something else. Second there was only one biscuit ready so I accepted a pie. I knew my bus was coming and did not want to miss it. These are the replacement orders made. She understood even thought the other teller kept telling her she was not going to get a medal for rushing. She ignored her and kept working on my order. Check no. 312 and 314. Ebony H. I was at this location today atr 4:09 PM, order #51. The service needs to be faster, I had one lady taken my order and another get it together as Im standing there wih money in hand, the ladies continued to talk with each other while they stop putting my order together. I ordered a 14 piece meal and the chicken/waffle tenders with the fries. I asked for butter, jelly, spoons and napkins. When I got home there was no FRIES in the box, no nappkins and spoons. I suggest some training with faster service and each person be responsible for the order they have taken without interuption. If they went any faster they would be backing up!!!
This girl really knows her job, and everyone elses! We couldn't get good service from our initial person who took our order, but amber jumped right in just when it looked like we were going to have a problem, and took our order correctly and efficiently, and we had our correct food order in no time! She made sure our food was hot and fresh, and even brought it to our table. Amber lester is the epitome of what a good employee should be like. Her actions and manners were refreshing after our bad start, and thanks to her big smile, and attention to detail we had a very pleasant dining experience, and will be back to say hi to a special employee when next we dine at this popeyes!
The staff are always giving me the wrong order over and over about 88 percent. Make sure you give the right change because the females can not count. I just want the company to acknowledge the great customer service! I haven't been here in awhile but the service is clean, fast and very efficient. The person that took my order was very professional. I can see why they keep in the front.. I sat and dined in with my two year old son listening to the way he greets the customers and saids goodbye.. Great suggestions on selecting and assisting with a customer who was unsure what they wanted to eat.. He asked them what they like to eat and also what each combo came with.. Yes it's his job but it was the way he was patient, answered each question and kept a smile the entire time. I can definelty see him in the future in sales for any company especially Popeyes. For the third year in a row, I've responded to Popeye's TV many advertisements for their Shrimp dinner, and again....they do not have any shrimp. This year and last year, I got the lame excuse "We are out for the season and won't be offering it again." Are you f-ing kidding me?! Last night it was on the Toledo station, advertising up to the hilt, and we only have ONE POPEYE IN THE TOLEDO AREA. Not to mention the indifference I seem to get from your staff. In the future I will go elsewhere. You guys are a joke, and that is sad, because the food is really good.
THE chicken looked like it had sat for days. A few hours after consuming ,my whole family became ill.Buyer beware I would never eat in that unsanitary place....
If you're looking for good fried chicken don't stop here. I bought a 2 pc dinner w/ a biscuit and corn and 3 wings, beans and rice w/ a biscuit. The chicken was over cooked and had no taste. It was so dry it sucked the moisture from my mouth. I nearly choked to death on the first and only bite. Both biscuits were burnt, dark brown on the sides and black on the bottom. The corn was so old there were gaping spaces between each kernel. My mother said the rice was dry like popcorn. A big waste of $14.00. On a good note: the cashier was very friendly. Then again I would be friendly too if I was selling yesterdays throw aways. If I wasn't taking dinner to my mother in Catonsville I would have brought it right back.
False advertising the zattarans shrimp box is not 4.99 as on the commercial. Food was good.
On a night where everything is closed, they're open until 11pm Inside! Okay, so lots of places stay open kinda late, but on top of that the team they've got working there are so warm and inviting. By the time we finished eating the dining room door was locked and the manager rushed over to let us out and have a brief conversation of the flux of business tonight ( 4th of July ). Super accommodating, organized, and high quality service.

Ordered food tonight at 845 and after being asked to pull around, the lady came out at about 910 with the wrong order.. Then came out at 930 only to tell me they where out of the style chicken I order AND red beans and rice.. ended up walking in (by now they where closed) and getting a full refund.. I was not as nasty to the workers as the other lady was who was cursing them out.. Love the food but hate the ridiculous service.. Not even 1 star in my book.. Plus manager talked sluggish like he was on drugs..

Its sad you r waiting in line while someone in front of u is a friend of cashiers and they lolly gag and hanging out while ppl r paying their wage for that shitty service? Not me again. As far as food stop with the salt already its to much ur going to kill off customers faster them getting them! The fda should let all foods remain unsalted and put out packets and let customer do them selves even tho they may over do it its all in that persons doing and would not reflect restaurants. I went to this store around noon a couple of days ago. I ordered a regular three piece dinner with all white meat only to be told that there would be a twelve minute wait as the cook prepared more chicken. I thought this to be very odd as it was barely twelve o'clock and the restaurant was not busy. When I asked for spicy instead, I was told there would be a wait on that also. I enjoy Popeye's foods but found this situation to highly unacceptable. I will definitely think twice before eating there again.
The food tasted as if it was cooked yesterday, in addition to being bland and fried hard (5 piece strip & the new garlic strips. The fries were dried up) i will compliment the biscuit...it was good, This will be our last time buying from the Panola location. Its a shame to sell food like this... I am sending the email because your location is too far to drive back and speak directly to a manager.

I was recently at this location and decided not to give them my business. At the window, I asked if I could use more than one coupon. I was instructed to pull up to the window. The young lady was very nice and told me it wouldn't be a problem. Quickly, the manager on duty intervened and said I could only use one coupon. I was a little irritated and said that my son could be the other customer and pay with a separate transaction. The manager said no. I asked her, so if I pay for one transaction, pull around and my son gets down and pays for the other that would be OK? She said yes. What the what! I asked for my coupon back and gave KFC $37 of business. I am frugal but I don't try to beat the system or get products for free. I'm just a customer looking for a good deal in this economy. I'm sorry, but I believe the manager made the wrong decision, and I won't be returning.

A few days ago I bought some food through the drive thru. The employee didn't give my debit card back to me. Ten minutes after leaving, I got a text on my phone that my debit card had been used for a $60 purchase. That's when I realized that my card was still at Popeye's. An employee used my debit/credit card information and bought cell phone minutes for their phone. I had to make a police report, etc. I am currently keeping in touch with the DM of this Popeye's. I feel whoever did this should be FIRED. They are stealing from customers! I should also be compensated for the $60.00 and my food that I bought. It was cold by the time I finally got to eat it that night. Please be careful at this Popeye's. Employees are stealing from customers!!!
The food is normal popeyes food but they treat their employers like shit. I know cause I work there.
They never get the order right and I made the mistake of bringing it home without looking. Ugh... Very frustrating to have to go back and stand there so they get it right. Also, I don't know where they get their chicken but I have never seen a smaller chicken leg or thigh than what I get at Popeye's. I will not go back. However, with that being said, I do like their chicken but it's just too much hassle and not a good value for the money.
I hate College Station and this place is another reason ! Im moved here for a job transfer in Dec 2012 I was told Aggies were stupid I thought it was a joke But over & over its proven I bought $50.00 worth I food at this Popeyes The only thing that we were able to eat the mashed potatoesThe rice resembled dog food but had NO FLAVOR!! The chicken had been fried twice !! Just a real gross dinner,we all (8) of us are sick!! From now on ill drive to Spring Popeyes their chicken & rice have NEVER failed me And also I'm going to ask my Boss to transfer me back to Spring Texas b/c $$$ is not important to have to live stupid!!!

I went to Popeyes Chicken on the Gulf Frwy today. I ordered almost 20 dollars worth of food . Some ignorant fool named Antoine just threw my box of food down on the counter at the drive thru. Then he had the nerve to get mad when I complained. His manager tried to get him to apologize, but he wouldn't. I told him that's ok. I complained to the corporate office. It doesn't pay to be nasty especially when you're working in a customer service job. Treat people like you want to be treated. Would you treat your mother that way? Think about it.
Try as I might, I'm unable to enjoy going to this location. The customer service is terrible & half the time the orders aren't correct. For example, requested all mild chicken in a family meal, received mostly spiced, my grandchildren couldn't eat it. Statina even asked me again what I wanted, while I was sitting at t window. Impolite, unprofessional & arrogant. This location has been on a steady decline since last year. Perhaps courtesy isn't apart of their training. Would love to speak with the owner of this establishment .

I went through the drive through this past weekend not only was my order wrong but the female at the window was extremely rude and clearly had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! once I received my order I was trying to place my soda in the cup holder n I hear her shouting out "BYE...." Basically trying to say "get your a** out if here" hiring ratchet people will only cause for your store to go down the drain. For about the third time in a row I have got home with my take out order to find items missing, the wrong items provided, etc. You have to beg for barbque sauce only to find out when you get home, they gave you ketchup. Look, I understand these workers aren't very educated, but how hard can it be to fill an order of a five chicken strip meal. The hard part is counting to five. I am done with going through the drive through. What morons.
