BAD service
Staff & mang. are not customer friendly. They refuse to serve you what you ordered. and get angry when you tell them that your order is wrong. Managers refuse to give a name as well as a number to complain to. Cause they know they are wrong. Polo Tropical corporate needs to replace the management in this store !
