Wish I could give one fourth of a star. No Dr. or nurse practioner. Just a lowly clinician who misdiagnosed my issue. Stay far away!

The receptionist was very rude to me not once but twice while I waited over an hour to be seen. She spoke at me not to me. It was very unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to this location.

Went into Planned Parenthood today with a concern about a bill that I have received. After asking my question about the bill, I was insulted by the nurse. She stated that because the visitation date was 7 months ago, that I probably don't remember what the other nurse did and told me. After explaining to her that she was incorrect and that I remember what I did, she continued to state that I just don't remember because the nurse is very through on explaining what and why she is doing what she's doing and that she "the nurse I talked to today" said that I was responsible for my bill that there was nothing she could do. This is unacceptable and extremely rude behavior. I will definitely not be going back there for anything. Nor will I ever recommend for people to go here.

Every single time I go to them I get charged for something I never received and it usually takes about three months of constantly calling the billing office every single week to get the wrongful bill cleared. Charging me for an office visit even though my insurance completely covers a yearly exam (which the visit was) is ridiculous. Save yourselves the hassle of dealing with this business and try somewhere else. I'll never go back.

The walk in clinic was quick, the staff is very knowledgeable and the doctor was great at helping me stay relaxed during the exam. Would definitely recommend this office.

My HUSBAND and I went in to fill a birth control perscription and they couldn't but instead of being respectful and explaining this to us they told us we were erresponsible. We were treated poorly. Like we shouldn't even be having sex. They talked down to us. I will not be going to them. I will make the drive to Utah from now on. I am not comfortable with the Twin Falls clinic.

When I arrived, my appointment was in the computer, but I wasn't in the scheduled time slot.

1 hour later, I asked why 10 people that showed up AFTER me were seen before me and I was told I was the next person to be seen.

45 minutes later, I was told that I need to re-schedule because they were short staffed and couldn't see me today.

They were unprofessional. I was at plan parenthood to get and an examination and birth-control . I got neither. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Go to another provider.

I have also heard many horror stories from co-workers, friends, and friends of friends. For some reason this Bellingham location is completely incompetent.

Yes this place is cheap but they are very unprofessional. They're send up my appointment and told me they could only do half and that I needed to reschedule the Rest for a different time. Then I had to wait for over an hour past my appointment to be brought back to a room to have to wait for another 30 minutes! They were letting people who's appointments were after mine go before.... I will never come here again!

Even with an appt, you will wait at least an hour to be seen; maybe longer... Even this is suppose to be based on income; its still expensive. The front staff seemed pretty nice and informative but the providers treat you as a number.. I guess they see so many : unfortunate" situations and assume all people are promiscious or something.. No patient/ dr compassion at all.. But overall I am thankful for their services, just wish the time management was better along with Dr/patient interaction.

No number! I just want to call and set up an apt and there is no single number that I can call. Just the 800 #. That is bs. When I did call the 800 #, it said I had a 29 minute waiting! Terrible!

That is really close to the MSU campus. Wonder if they did that on purpose........

The staff was nice but they were in no way gentle and the doctors have this thing for pain you tell them they're hurting you and they keep doing it with a smile. Also they are out for money I have insurance and they wouldn't take it for ultra sounds or medication.

I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to see someone. And they refused 2/3 of the services I requested even though I was paying for them. That is ridicules!

I was 16 years old when I first started Plan Parenthood in Huntingto. Im crying in tears of a decade + im now 29 of pain. I was injected with an rh negative shot, they gave me an abortion without pain meds, they misdiagnosed me. Leaving me thinking the pain was in my head. I have been bed ridden lathargic poisened. Now have to get my uturis removed :*( this will happen to you I have friends who have went to this center same time as me & discover the truth .im going to take action after my surgery

Planned parenthood is a wonderful place to go. The doctors are nice and The staffs are friendly. They are willing to help you through whatever you decide. I also save money by getting My birth control through them. I only pay $20 a pack. Regular pharmacys charge me $40.

Staff was rude. Husband was not allowed to accompany me while my pregnancy test and due date was being discussed with me. Would love to know what they are trying to hide that they only allow patients and not family members in the back. Would never recommend to anyone!

I waited in their office for over 4 hours with my girlfriend who was in pain. She made her appointment over a week prior at 12:20. we didn't leave entill 4:30. It was her 3rd time there because they didn't give her the right treatment. I will NEVER allow her or anyone els I know to go to that horrible place. please save your self the time and money and never go there.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I waited for 3 HOURS to see the doctor and when I do ally did they told me to go back to the waiti g room and I waited another hour and a half. I could not believe the lack of costumer service speed there was. Also, there were about 40 people waiting in the waiting area with me. That's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I definitely will never be going back.

A NEW NURSE THERE HAD ME WAITING FOR MORE THAN IN HOUR IN A ROOM SHE HAD PUT ME IN FOR JUST A DEPO SHOT AND WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE NURSE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I WAS AT AND ASSUME I HAD LEFT. NOT SURE HOW SHE FORGOT WHERE SHE HAD ROOMED ME AT IF THE CLINIC IS SMALL AND DOESNT HAVE MORE THAN 3 ROOMS!!!
