Having worked in a local big gym, I know what to look for as far as a positive experience in a gym. I noticed right away how clean the gym is. Machines rarely break down and I'm always able to get the machines I want. The staff is very friendly and take care of all my questions, especially Lexus, she's super!
Nice location but need to start replacing 2007 equipment with 2015 better equipment!!! Equipment is out dated and it's time for the new and especially those old workout benches!!! ASAP!!!!!!!!

I love this place because of the friendliness of the staff there. I also love the management there. Been a member ever since they opened up. I've been to many health fitness clubs all over the US depending on where I may be at, but this place by far has the most friendly and welcoming atmosphere, hands down!!!
I really enjoy this gym. The staff is very attentive and nive. The gym is sometimes a little dirty but over all awesome .!

Very nice facilities and atmosphere, friendly staff. No negatives, maybe more hours at nights on the weekends, but no biggie.
Complaint !!! They say it's a no judge but --- after you join & have been there for awhile they start to try & tell you how to work out ! I explain to them I had surgery but the talk lady that works there which I don't remember her name she looks like an AmaZon Woman to say the least ::::::::::::::: well she told me I had to work out a certain way or to leave ! This Gym has signs posted on all their Equipment even in the Yellow so called room. No Judement no rules ! It's posted on each piece of the Equipment !
i go in every day and the staff is very friendly and helpful/ no complaints here

I was there yesterday,and i had a promotion in the mail say 10 down & 10 a month. And they told me i was wrong. That is was 29.99 and then 10 a month.. Not fair.. Little kid didnt do nothing for me so i walk out.. Ty

They are friendly, and always helpful, besides that they are willing to work with you if you have concerns or questions, have plenty of smiles and always a warm hello and goodbye. The gym is clean, because they're always cleaning you couldn't ask for more !!! :)
I recently joined Planet Fitness and I am loving my experience. My Bally's gym closed. Janet at the front desk is super sweet.
We will sincerely Miss Jennifer at the Newburyport facility... I DO HOPE she will return at some time as she is a great asset to that facility
All staff members are kind, professional, helpful and polite. Employees and members take great care of the equipment and everything is in great working condition and always very clean. This facility is highly recommended.
the service is good but they need to be opened on the weekends 24/7
Great atmoshere with plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. Friendly staff is always on point.
