I have had 3 bad experiences with this pizza hut. I tried dine in. I came into this pizza hut which was empty, and wasn't seated. My party stood there for 10 minutes until I sat us. Our server came, took our drink order and didn't come back for 20 minutes. We could here the employees yelling and throwing things in the back. Very unprofessional. I tried delivery. The pizza that came to my home was burned, my bread sticks box was crushed and the bread sticks were stuck to the box. Very unhappy. I tried carry out. I called and ordereda pizza, when I got there they told me they didn't have my order. Upon trying to order another one they told me I couldn't because the register was closed already, 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. The customer is always right is definitely not the moto at this restaurant. Very unsatisfied with this service.

I can't believe that this place offers a buffet. Sure if you want to wait for the server to bring you each item. This is called an all you can eat. Not buffet!!

i find it ridiculous that delievery hours through the week start at 4 pm. Very stupid and I'm sure this will hurt this business!

This pizza hut is nice. Its clean and fairly fast. Although it was nice I wouldn't go back because the young man managing the place was very rude to the employees. It was a big turn off for me personally to watch employees be yelled at while I was trying to order.

I'm an italian immigrant and I think that this pizza hut lives up to my italian standards. I've been in there multiple times and everyone is so nice! I got my pizza fast and it tasted wonderful. Way better than dominos

there pizza is really good other times its okay, but they need to open up earlier

We ordered two hand tossed large pizzas on line for pick up for $10 each. Worst we ever had. The crust was thin, half baked, tasteless and where's the sauce? Overall seemed not freshly baked. Will never go again.

just got a pizza delivery from pizza Hut Baraboo....It was AWFUL AND COLD !!! Hardly any sauce/cheese....A frozen one would have been better..Great disappointment :(

How many times do we have to order extra sauce before you all get it right? It's dry as a bone. This is the third pizza we had to order tonight so hopefully you get it right this time...

this is the pizza hut closest to my house but they always mess up the order and when I called to complain they just hang up the phone never buying from them again

The pizza was cold and we did not recieve everything we ordered. The pizza was disgusting like it had been sitting out tong. Called to get a resolution and it was handled non chalantly. This is not a one time complaint. It has happened enough to warrant a review. HAVE SOME PRIDE

Friday Nov 2, we went to this Pizza Hut....it was not very crowded and there were plenty of tables, albeit they were all dirty.....We stood behind a family waiting to be seated, there was a sign telling us that they would seat us, and after we were there for 5 minutes that family got seated. We continued to stand there while the 2 workers walked all around us....one of the male employees passed by and said I'll be right with you.....5 more minutes passed, two other customers came in for pick up orders and they were helped by the male employee that had told us he would be right with us....all total we stood there for 15 minutes and then left with one of the take out order customers and he said to us.....I don't blame you at all. This is inexcusable for a company like Pizza Hut. We have always enjoyed eating at these establishments but this was the first and last time at this particular location.........
