From the moment we entered the Pier 1 store in Mohegan Lake, my wife and I were cordially greeted by a lady. She asked if she could assist us in any way and we responded that we were "just looking". At that point we had no intention of making a purchase. The lady was so helpful that we purchased several pieces of furniture and accessories. I would highly recommend the Mohegan Lake store to anyone. Congratulations on having an excellent staff there. I observed other employees assisting clients and they were all very accommodating. It was our first time there but it will not be our last.

I just moved to Falmouth on the cape and have been looking for new furniture for my apartment and was recommended to try Pier One. It's a lovely store with really friendly people. I met a young lady name Kimberly who helped me pick out a stylish coffee table for my living room. She was very kind and helpful and I definitely recommend this store!

Abrupt manager, heard her speaking to employee in harsh way. Won't buy there.

My daughter took me to the movies today for my birthday. Big surprises for me! Since I was unaware of her intentions, I was NOT dressed in my finest attire. That MUST be the reason we were totally disregarded as a paying customer in your establishment. Therefore my purchase was made elsewhere. Thanks for the help.
