Rude staff. Lack basic knowledge. Prices are too high. Used to be a good store. But management has changed.

Love this place!

I seriously think they just throw clueless kids out there without even training them before hand. There was only one kid out there, the manager sitting in the office looking like she was just playing with her cell phone. If your gonna have kids out there, help them out. That's what your getting paid for. Management sucks. Owner's a kiss ass just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. Worse than a car dealer. Everyone looks hungover or exhausted. It's dirty in there, bugs were in the bulk bins. I'm pretty sure I saw a rodent scurrying around. I know it's a pet store but that's still unsanitary. And apparently management likes to "hire and fire" kids as well. I see a new clueless kid in there everytime I walk in. Is an amatuer running this shop. Seriously how is this place still running? Poor professionalism, bad atmosphere, just a terrible place to shop!! THUMBS DOWN. So embarrassing.

I am always impressed with this location because I'm always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help. There are people in the store ready to help, and they don't allow any line as you check out. Someone always appears to help, so I have never waited in line. The selection is excellent for all of my dogs needs too.

I was treated not friendly at all. Ordered Food for my dog, was told I would be called, when it arrived, the food arrived alright, but I was never called.

This is a special place for you and your pet to shop. I was there today for an adoption event for Wake County Animal Center. I brought a dog from our shelter. The employees are A plus. They are so kind, knowledgable and attentive. One of the employees bought my dog a bone:) The prices are good and the animal loving staff makes this store #1 in my book.

Pet Supplies Plus has a compact, but appealing arrangement of all kinds of pet supplies. Of course, a "bone bar", but most importantly, a young, interesting staff who are happy to help and engage you at the cash register about your pet. something I have definitely not seen at the larger chains. High recommendation.

Nice clean store with helpful, friendly employees. We just picked up new puppy and will definitely frequent this pet store, we were even asked if they could carry our crate to our car!

Love the store's new look and friendly people. Many things I get there for my dog, cat and hermit crabs. Glad it's near my home.

ok im saying im only fourteen years old and i know none of you will care what i haft to say but im saying it. the pets there are not treated right. the hamster cages are over crowed and have no huts or chews or anything along with all the other rodents. same with the rabbits cages over crowed no chews toys or anything. the ferrets have nothing to do besides sleep eat and poop. the hermit crabs are the most mistreated pets in this store hermit crabs are NOT throw away pets. theses animals live in a dirty crab habitat there is no place for them to burrow in the no climbing branches dirty food and water there are bugs in the cages and there is one plant in there cage no huts no nothing these people make me sick and they do not have anything you want to buy they are always out of the stuff people need so people please spread the word and quit buying stuff from there its just wrong!!! and dont forget the birds they live in there own poop and pee no toys dirty food and water.
