I visited this location last year, and it was great. Very clean, friendly staff and clean rest room. This time it was just the opposite. Not friendly, overall, not clean and the restroom was dirty. Sinks not clean, and the trash was full. This was at 1:30pm on 01/08.15,
The sign says open 24/7, that is wrong, please change it.
this is one of the places I can go to and relax without worrying it I took to much time or if I needed to be in and out my personal favorite is the tomato basil soup with the tuna melt I think by far they have the best soup and so much more breakfast as well as lunch or dinner options. must try.
My husband and I have breakfast there a couple of times a month and the service is always great and the place is kept clean. It's a great place for breakfast.

Please check your food before eating it. I went to this location on 6-12-2013 for lunch with a friend and found multiple hair strands in my food. I immediately notified the waiter whom was very apologetic even though it was not his fault. That is the last time I will ever eat at this location.
The place wasn't even busy... we were seated orders were taken ...they brought our coffee ... about 10 mins...later they put some syrup on our table..... we watched people that came in after us... seated served their meal and leave??? So we payed for our coffee and left. Not impressed!!!
Perkins is the best place to eat in my opinion because I love getting amazing food,deserts, great prices and to top that all off, the service is unbelievable!

Always feel welcome, friendly staff and excellent food. Always come in for Thanksgiving dinner. The omelets are great too. Love the salmon, so much more. It is one of our favorite restaurants.
We had a terrible stay at Perkins today. To begin with, our waitress keep looking at us even before we told her we were missing a plate, as if she did this on purpose, when she delivered our appetizer; moreover, I was missing my chiken fajitas, which were supposed to be used to hold my chicken (of course), corn, and numerous sauces. When we asked her why there was no fajitas, she told us that they were out of stock! Not even a notice, which would have been fine if it were on an honest mistake, but the manager told us a different reason than the waitress used. The waitress said that they were out of stocking for a month now, Manager said she never knew that they used fajitas in their menu and she has been employed for four months (Waitress has been working for one year and her shift started at 5:00pm on 1/11/13 (we came circa 7:00pm)). After we told the manager some more things, she told us that waitress do not say that the restaurant is out of stock of a specific item after the item has been out of stock for a few months (there was a picture of the plate with the fajita on top inside the menu)!
We were very dissapointed with our service while at this Perkins.
Sunday Nov. 11, 2012. A group of us had lunch at the restaurant. It had rained all morning and basically all day. There was a very small throw rug down between the double doors, but upon entering the restaurant the floor was really wet. I walk with a crutch and had to hang onto my husband for dear life. You need to put a carpet inside the restaurant also. It was dangerous. Thank you for considering this. I go to the restaurant at least three times a month. I have a book club that meets once a month and a sorority group that meets once a month at the restaurant. Hope I won't have to stop coming if it is wet outside.from rain or snow.
