Beware, consider renting elsewhere
I rented a truck from Penske to deliver some equipment to a customer. The truck had e-track installed for securing the load to the inside walls of the truck box. The e-track broke and sent the equipment rolling into the back door causing damage to several of the wooden slats. Penske charged me $730.00 to repair the door even though the root cause was their e-track broke. The manager of Penske wouldn't hear it and claims I improperly secured the load. I question the safety of the installation of their e-track system and I question the integrity and honesty of their management. I recommend renting your trucks elsewhere.
