I BOUHGT BALLON HERE in the afternoon the day before veteran day FOR MY FRIEND ON VETERAN DAY, 2013 ALSO HIS BIRTHDAY. They blew out in early morning when I suppose to give them to him. I bring them to the store and ask to blow again. They refuse and not respose. What the hek? They told that the latex is for 8 hour only, and when I ask why I do not see the nfotice about that, they show the small note beneath the glass among lots of notes at the corner cashier desk. I really upset, they turn off the happy party that I prepare for along time. At the end, I have to pay more to get the full balloon again. Be carefull when come here to buy something for the party if you do not want to loose when come back. Otherwise, buy at the another store, they cheaper and good service than them.
