pizza
The staff is very friendly but there are too few ingredients on the pizza.

I called to check your hours of operations and your voice Mail is full!!!
Food is great. Would've been 5 stars but hours of operation are not posted online and no answering machine to inform you when they open
We're big fans of papa murphy's pizzas, especially the thin crust.
The pizza from Papa Murphy's is just great! Not only can you request special changes to any pizza, but you take it home - bake- and voila ~ hot, delicious pizza right in the comfort of your own home. The crust is never tough or greasy. Just the best pizza in town!
I've tried to apply multiple times and nothing.. If you won't hire, Take your damn sign down..
Great pizza, but poor customer service. I have called in orders, when I pick-up they didn't get the order. Also need mature employees, always loud horrible music playing all the time can not hear a word that their saying...........
Papa Murphy's pizza on Happy Valley is very good. I have and will continue to recommend it to friends and neighbors. The staff is both friendly and courteous. Thanks Papa Murphy's!!!!!
Fabulous pizza, fabulous staff. Always happy with my service there and my pizza is always YUMMY!
We LOVE this place! Great pizza, great value, awesomely friendly staff! We get over here as often as possible... Only wish there was a store in Donelson! ;)
Nice Staff and Delicious Pizza that you can bake at home. Great Deals and prices too!
I've been going to this store for years and was only disappointed once when they closed earlier than their posted hours. Otherwise it's been great!
Great pizza and service!
ive had 3 different pizzas from this store...they were amazing...well crafted and delicious great friendly staff and I was in and out in 5 mins
Sometimes the pizza is great and other times it is bland. The service is fine for what it is.
Always clean and always a happy crew working here..
This Papa Murphy's is very clean. The entire staff is friendly and always happy to help!
We went to Papa Murphy's specifically because we received a coupon/ad in the mail. The ad above the coupons clearly said Pepperoni, Hawaiin or Sausage Pizza, a large for $7 at participating stores and the St. Robert store was listed on the participating. But when we went to order a Hawaiian it was not $7 and the girl was rather rude when we asked about the ad. Needless to say we felt ripped off and will not be returning customers.
All the workers at this store are polite and exemplify good customer service. They are refreshing in a world of fast-paced food service.
Don't know what's going on with the gourmet vegetarian pizza. Used to be so good. Always had a nice garlic flavor. Not so much anymore. This last one I bought actually tastes like dirt. Like the spinach was never washed. I think this is the end of the road for me.
The people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Look forward to our next visit.
The best way is to call in your order and they will have it ready in 15 mins. I love $10 Tuesday! Great for left overs for the rest of the week.
It seems I get exactly the opposite of what I request more often than not. I always ask for light cheese but extra sauce and I'm left with peeling off gobs of cheese and cooking my own extra sauce. The derelict dyslexic workers here frustrate me to no end!!
I love this Papa Murphy's, The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The pizza has never been a disappointment!
Love Papa Murphy's pizza but politeness is not a common factor of this location. Unnecessary sarcasm was used when I called in a pizza too early. Apparently do not do this for them. Sad one person can do this for a business' name.
Outstanding crew! They all were extremely polite and asked me if i had any questions on how to make the pizza. One gentlemen held the door open for me as my hands were full with the most delicious pizza i have ever had!
Store in Hickory Creek, Texas was extremely busy, (every employee was hustling), but I still had to wait about ten minutes. One customer ahead of me ordered numerous pizzas.
I love this place.... If you have the time to turn your own oven on...Just no better deal taste people "Staff".....To me it's a no brain-er...

I love this place, reasonable prices and the staff are always great, highly recommend it to anyone
wonderful pizza, clean store and the employees are great at customer service. the only place i buy pizza
This store doesn't make pizzas fresh. I went in and they went in the back and bought out a pizza, unwrapped it added some toppings to make it the pizza I ordered. I asked for a fresh one I was told NO!! The young man taking orders and money, went over to make pizzas and didn't wash his hands. I wont be going back to this one
We were not sure about the whole 'take and bake' concept until we tried it. The pizza is fresh and delicious! Papa Murphey's in Oak Ridge is now our favorite pizza place. The restaurant is very clean and service is fast and friendly!
While I like the pizza they offer well enough, I really dislike interacting with any employee. They have no concept of customer service. The order takers are just in a rush to get off the phone. Short and rude. Then, when you pick it up, no attempt at any pleasantries. Get in, get out.
Great place and pizzas great fresh as always. Highly recommended
I ordered pizzas two days ago,and was in there listening to the woman whom i assume was the new manager, and was shocked to her how she was talking to people. She was loud and sounded very downgrading to staff. I dont think I will go back there again knowing that is how the staff is treated! Poor management, but the pizzas were great!
I've been eating here for over 17 years and I have never encountered a single problem. The food is great and the service is very polite and helpful
We went to this location last night and the menu wasn't even posted on the wall anymore, very dirty food prep area and out of four employees making pizzas only one changed gloves but no one bothered washing hands. There were cords hanging out the bottom of the counters that customers were walking on and no extras sitting out for sale like the dessert pizzas or cookie doughs. Even the salads and sodas weren't even fully stocked. When a new kid was putting too much sauce on a pizza a woman came by and scraped the sauce off the pizza and tossed it back in the container, like recycled sauce? Really?
WORST SERVICE EVER!
I ordered a pizza last night on 12/1/2012 at 8:48 pm for pickup, and they said to pick it up by 9 pm as that is when they close. My wife and I arrived at 8:58 pm and the employee ran to the door and locked it as I was reaching for the handle. He then shook his head, called me by my name, and said "It's 9:01 and you're late. I can't give you your pizza." I showed him the clock on my cell phone which now read 8:59 pm. Regardless, he said "I can't give you your pizza," turned off the still lit "OPEN" sign, locked the door and walked away.
We then went to DD's pizza on 118th and Sheridan (2 blocks away) where the brick oven pizza was great and the service was fantastic.
NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM PAPA MURPHY's.
Ihave been to a lot of differnt Papa Murphys and not only is the pizza awesome at this location but the people, the service and deals are the best
