Always so accurate and efficient. Our favorite place for Pizza. Delivery persons are always on time and are very nice and respectable. I rate them with 5 stars and more .

My husband and I got a pizza from them one night and it turned into a really great car date! We ordered the "works" and it was awesome. We are the whole thing in the car. It was perfectly dressed with the right amount of all the ingredients and the sauce is killer! I want truly a fan of pizza until that night.

Use the mobile app for most ordering and have never had a problem pick-up or delivery. Manager very customer service oriented and staff delivers pizza in pristine condition.

People not friendly.went there a good bit but the last 2tines were not good, wasnt hardly any of ingredience, they used reg. tomatoes , just bad pizza. Someone needs to check this store out its not living up to its rep. Taste equil to little ceasers.i havent been back in a while.

We ordered a thin crust 5 topping pizza for delivery. Opened the box - NOT thin crust While eating discovered no green peppers This is the first time we have been disappointed.

These folks have got it down when it comes to thin crust. Only thin crust better in St. Joe is Pizza Royal, but they have always been the staple in the Southend, with the best thin crust ever. But for national chains, my vote goes to Poppa Johns.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service is slow, staff are rude, and orders are rarely correct the first time. It's not enjoyable having to wait almost an hour just to get the wrong order, then having the staff complain when you comment the problem. The drivers should definitely be fired. They are on their cell phones every time I see them, which is illegal here. I was nearly run off the road twice by the same car because the driver couldn't wait for me to complete my turn. Everything about this establishment is awful. I will not be requesting thier service anymore.

Manager is unprofessional and rude and has no customer service skills I will never order from there ever again!!!!

This location is the best compared to all the other locations around. I receive nothing but the best when I go here....whether its customer service, food quality, or the speed in which they prepare the food. I love this place and I ONLY go to this location! I have no complaints!

I love getting my works pizza every Friday!! They always know my name. Maybe need to cut down and get a cheese. :) awesome store!!

Go to this location 2 times a week, managers are all respectful and food is great. Thank you Papa Johns!!

I wouldn't suggest working here. Managers don't care about their workers and you could get fired for little to no reason.

Fantastic staff, best delivery in Chino Hills, perfect complete dinner.

Pizza and breadsticks delivered cold. Screw that. I don't have a microwave. They should hire more delivery drivers if they're going to stuff one car full of 13 deliveries where the last person has had their pizza in a car for 40 minutes. CMON.

The manager at this location was very rude and disrespectful. I can't believe anyone would allow her to become management. The pizza was fine but I will not return to this location and advise others not to

if you go to this store, ask for the gm, she will give you a free pizza.

During my visit to pick up my pizza, I heard what I'm assuming was the manager or general manager screaming at the top of her lungs at the employees, they all looked scared out of their minds. They all seemed to be working hard, and everything was correct with my pizza, I just think is terrible the way some people treat their employees.

I got buffalo wings sauce on the side they tend to drench it in it awesome the cinnapie extra frosting great

Everytime I order from this place, my pizza always looks like they just dump the ingredients on it and toss it into oven... Half of the pizza comes out with just sauce... They have never taken my order correctly and then I end up paying for things I never get... When I call them back to let them know, they don't even care and they want to charge me again? Wow... Just terrible service.....

Nothing more gross than pulling out a 14 inch hair out of your mouth after taking the first bite out of your pizza from this location!!!!!!

The management change has brought in a real change in this location. I was a regular at papa johns in my college days. But was very disappointed with this location. But in the last six month I have taken home an order once a week and must say have never been disappointed. Keep it up

The taste was out of this world. I was hungry and tired. The driver was real nice. The pizza was hot and wow what a great taste. I wish I had taken the name of the driver.

Phone person was exceptional and I was confused no fault of the person that answered but he had patience with me. He un scrambled what I was trying to order and courteous.

I couldn't wait to try Papa John's pizza, but when I did I was very disappointed. The dough was soft and chewy, the sauce was bland and tasted like tomato paste and the toppings (sausage and pepperoni) were also bland and left a lot to be desired.

The pizza at most locations of Papa John's is great except for the Arbour Lake NW store. The owner will skimp out on cheese and toppings to save a few pennies!! Please avoid if you can!! They also have terrible communication skills and are very RUDE.

I found hair in my food and when i called back they wouldnt answer

I called last night to get pizza I had to have the guy repeat himself three times the guy answering the phone should at the very least be able to speak English then after finally being able to understand him he tells me the delivery is about 1.5 hours I told him I will pick it up he says(in broken English)) they only offer delivery I cannot pick up delivery only!!!!WTF??

We have ordered from this store many of times throughout the years and it is not a mistake we will make again! Every experience is an awful one we never get what we ordered for and there is always an excuse for why. Then when they are supposed to fix it or give "store credit" they don't. It has even gone so far as someone adding a tip to our receipt when we paid with a credit card! Save yourself the time and don't order here. It has to be the WORST papa johns!

Very unprofessional, two girls in front kept playing around , didn't even bother asking what I wanted til they stopped playing. I ordered to go, so while I waited for my pizza, another worker walks in with a beer in his hand.....I wouldn't go back....

Got pizza and wings yesterday from Papa Johns. Pizza was ok, but "chicken wings" were the smallest wings we've ever seen. Felt like we were eating Pigeon wings. 2 bites and they were gone; very disappointed.

DO NOT use this establishment if you are considering a catering or party.. Prepaid the event for a specific time and did not deliver. Would not answer the phone and when they finally did, got put on hold and then hung up on twice...

The food service is good there but the ridiculous thing about it is there charging me 50 cents for a little packet of special seasoning!! That is ridiculous now there charging for everything your getting

I was so disappointed to see that the workers doesn't practice cleanliness while preparing the pizza dough. They answer the phone, hold on the till and money at the same time without washing their hands before going back to what they are doing. I hope that the FDA will look into this. I also seen one person preparing the dough, touch his nose and put back back his hands on the dough without even washing. They don't even use gloves.

My order was hot and exactly what I wanted and it was ready very quickly!

Store is very dirty. Pizza was cold and not very good. Bathrooms are disgusting. Will not be a repeat customer.

We have ordered from you for many years. When we ordered tonight (11/24/12) the person we spoke to did not have our address correct. Our pizza came quite a bit after the timeframe we were given and was luke warm at most along with the personality of the driver. We have never been disappointed in the past.... maybe this was an off night. Just thought you would like to know. We may have second thoughts about ordering again any time soon. Thank you.

Papa John's CEO John Schnatter just fired 150 workers because president Obama won a second term in office. I love America, and I love the Democratic process. It's a fair and honest process compared to Fascism and Communism. Firing people even though the company turned a profit, and even though health care costs only 14 cents per pizza is unacceptable. My family and friends will no longer be buying from Papa John's.

These guys are usually good w/ their delivery times and that = Fresh Food. Decent prices. Non-greasy pizzas.
