Every time I go there during my noon lunch, they are closed.

Hours during the week are not convenient for working people. That is the privilege of the owners, and my privilege as the customer is to go someplace else.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to have a great experience. This is the best jewelry store hands down. They were both extremely nice & so helpful. I will continue to go here for everything I need for my pandora bracelet.

Sales rep was not helpful at all. Actually a bit rude. Didn't really seem to want to help us. We bought charms and they didn't even have Pandora packaging to put the gifts in. Pandora experience in the past they go over and above as it should be.

The franchise owner of Pandora Waterloo provided the worst customer service I have ever received in a store. While trying to exchange a ring that my daughter received as a gift she accused me of trying to exchange a knock off. Over the past few years I have bought many Pandora items but after this experience I will not return.

Purchased a bracelet from here because of the new location went back the day after to return it and the manager insisted it was used. After speaking with corporate I was given my refund. I nor my family will ever go back to this store again!! I'll stick with my Main street location.

The girls who work here are just lovely. Anyone locally looking for another great charm should stop on in you will not be disappointed!!

Do not go to Desert Springs Marriott. They do not have this jewerly anymore. There is the shop in Palm Springs.

Magnolias on Main is a small business. We are able to offer great customer service and take care of our customers as friends. We would love to have you shop our boutique....

Iv broken my glasses many times and there laser welding is great...they warranty there work.......iv rebroke the weld an they refixed the weld......the guy who does the welding even come in on a Sunday jUST to fix my glasses 4 me.....it was his day off....... In this day in age that does not happen ....... These people care about Pleople

So excited to have a Pandora store at Bayshore! the store is gorgeous and very friendly staff. was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter and the associate that helped me spent so much time putting together really nice choices.

Terrible customer service at this location. Sales associates and Manager were rude to not only me but to a number of customers around, while waiting in the store. Over hearing the way the associates talked to the customers was appalling. I ended up returning the items I purchased and took my business to another location in the mall. They lost out on a $300 sale.

Bought my wife &100.00 gift certificate to pandora. My wife wanted to buy beads and they would not take it. She has to wait until after the weekend... BS!

Went into pandora crown walk derby Christmas Eve I was served by a lady called Sara who was very rude wouldn't allow me to try the bangle on and rushed me into choosing a bangle and charm left the store totally dissatisfied with my purchase

I love to shop here, they have a big collection of charms, earrings, and bracelets. the store is owner operated and they have a great deal of knowledge, customer service is top rated, they will spent time with you one on one to assist you in getting the perfect item for the occasion.

Visited store today. Wanted to get my bracelet cleaned which I had gotten an email promoting cleaning this week. Was also interested in buying at least one more charm. Was totally ignored by three salespeople. Store only had one other customer. I own four Pandora bracelets, a necklace, a ring and countless charms. I will no longer shop the Eastview store. They have never ignored me at The Source or Crown Jewelers, where I will be taking my business from now on.

I will never again shop at pandora in the bayshore mall. I went in to buy a birthday gift and through out the time of me being in the store i could over hear the sale assosiates talking poorly about me and laughing to the point where even my partner realized what was going on. They overall were extremely rude and unplesant. Ive honestly never felt so awkward in a store.

I was looking for a nice pandora charm for my bracelet. When shopping at this location was told that I could use a necklas charm for my bracelet. After wearing the charm for a week, it kept getting caught on my "expensive" sweaters. I went back to to buy a Pandora necklas. The sales man slash owner showed no interest in helping me, let alone sell me a necklas from pandora. Almost as if he was not interested in helping because he had already sold me the charm. He just kept trying to push his own products other then pandora, and said that his was far better quality. I am extremely disappointed and will never be buying anything from this store, let alone should this store be a representative of pandora. Thanks for ruining my experience you have just lost a valuable customer.

Pandora Gold store - great selection and great staff.

I don't know who the other reviewer got but I was in two nights ago and I had a great time. The young lady who helped me was so attentive and she spoke to me about what pandora was. She went through everything but it seemed natural. Even though I didn't buy anything, she treated me as if I was shopping for gold. We even spoke about our families. I am waiting for the bracelet promotion but I will definitely ask for her.

Googled pandora locations, visiting from out of state. This jewelry store shows its a Pandora location however they do NOTcarry any merchandise. Very disappointed!

My husband and I went into the pandora shop on crown walk today as its my birthday. The woman in the shop was so rude and not helpful at all .we will never go into that shop again. Went to Judith hart they was so pleasant and helpful

It's a given that Pandora does not care about who sells thier product. They have given the "rights" to this store in pembroke pines to sell thier product and they would not service the customer. I went in to exchange a bracelet that was given to me as a gift, as the bracelet was not purchased there they would not change and I requested to speak to the owner and he advised that ge did not have to change anything that was not purchased at his stores. He then went on to say that he would make an exception if I purchased something at his store. Why do I have to make a purchase at his store when he won't service me. I would never go back to any if his stores. Ladies do your research before u drop a dime in any of his stores all he cares about is taking your money and not servicing you.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in this new store. They had all the new stuff in stock and now take La Palmera gift cards. My salesperson was a joy to work with. I'm so glad this town now has this concept store where you can do all your Pandora shopping all in one place! Love it!!

I recently went to Pandora at Fairview Park Mall and I was so impressed by the service I received. The staff were so knowledgeable and very friendly. Also they had a great selection. I was looking for very particular things and they had everything I wanted! The store was beautiful and I would definitely go back! I had a great shopping experience.

I went to this particular for the very first time to add to my Pandora bracelet. The young lady who tended to me was there in body but her mind was miles away. She seemed bored and even bothered that I would ask to see several charms. Not once did she offer a suggestion. I didn't hear from her about the special promotion; another young lady mentioned it to me. I bought the charms because I had gone there for that purpose but never again will I visit the store in International Plaza.

I have been going to the big malls with pandora stores for years, but I'm tired of them not having charms in stock and the crazy line ups. These guys have everything and lots of knowledge regarding jewellery.

Kate Morgan and her staff provide excellent service! They are extremely helpful and very friendly. I recently purchased a bracelet and a few charms for my mom for her 50th birthday, and with the help of the staff, we picked out the perfect give that my mom loved! They have a huge selection of charms and if they don't have what you are looking for, they can get it in. I highly recommend this location over the one in the mall; support local businesses!

I love this shop! Great selection of Pandora and very friendly staff. They really know their products and go above and beyond to help you find the perfect gift. I found them much more helpful then the other stores. They were also very good about allowing me to order in anything they were out of.

You can buy Pandora at Carat Jewellers in millwoods town center, Let me tell you their customer service is delightfull, great selection and the staff is very helpfull. I would never shop any where else.

I recently visited the Pandora store at La Palmera and was very disappointed by the level of service received. This location is NOT set up to accept major gift cards or even La Palmera gift cards. Aside from that obvious short falling, when I ordered a piece of jewelry, I was not notified (although policy is that customer should be notified) that orders placed will take TWO to THREE weeks. It would seem like a meeting and apology are in order.

I absolutely love this new Pandora Jewelry Store in the Cool Springs Galleria. The staff is very friendly and they carry the complete line of Pandora Jewelry. I now have several Pandora Bracelets, Necklaces, & Charms. I am so glad this store is in the Mall!

I received a beautiful pandora bracelet - triple leather in grey - but I wanted black. The store it was bought from has the bracelet on back order, but informed me that I could exchange my bracelet anywhere Pandora was stationed. Not so. The Pandora had the bracelet (3 in fact) but coldly told me that I had to go to an actual Pandora store for the exchange. Not pleased. It hasn't even been a month since my last purchase at this particular store, and because of the attitude and lack of service, I will never go there again. I will just wait for the order to come on from where it was bought.

The best jewellery ever

Not satisfied with my first visit to pandora store at short hills mall. I spent two hours in the store with my wife, when I was ready to check out I passed my pandora credit card they told me that they don't honored that credit card because it doesn't have a visa logo on it. I went to the the one at menlo park mall no problem they honored my pandora credit card thanks

This store had the worst customer service and the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I requested having my bracelet cleaned by the sales person and the manager. Sales person said no we might get busy!!! The manager said the cleaner leaks and she isn't going to deal with that during this busy holiday season come back after the new year and they will see!!! I spent almost $500 just today...but I have spent quite a lot of money and part of the Pandora experience is knowing you can have your bracelet cleaned. This was a disgrace. If I can find another vendor I am returning this for the way they handled me and treated me today. Terrible customer service!

Stopped by for a quick purchase. Sales staff appeared over whelmed, unable to even acknowledge customers waiting for help for an extended period. Despite advertising that "all Pandora items are in stock" did not have the item I needed. I try to shop locally, but will not make this mistake again.

I received excellent service at Rosslow's in lovely downtown Fort Pierce. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Please enjoy your visit there with confidence that you will be treated well.
