Review for: Panda Chinese Restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC
Poor customer service
I went into the Panda Chinese Restaurant at 3751 Renee Drive on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 5 p.m. There was a group of us and from the moment we walked in the door, the wait staff was rude, condescending and mean. When we asked why a meal with broccoli only had two small springs of broccoli, she started rudely in another language. She went to the kitchen and she and another employee continued to talk about us. The place had flies. The air conditioning appeared not to work and the food was tasteless and overcooked. When we asked another employee who was the manager, she shrugged her shoulders to indicate that she didn't know. When we left and said goodbye, they refused to speak. I wouldn't suggest anybody eat at this establishment.
