I was a customer for several years. I returned after 6 months because the ball-joints they installed in my truck had worn out. I had them replaced again, and even though the original parts that i had paid for had a lifetime warranty, they billed me for them again. When I discovered the lifetime warranty I called their parts supplier and was informed that in addition to billing me a second time for the job, they also filed a warranty claim. This location is crooked

Very rude. Poor customer service. Unreliable. This location is too busy and does not care about the customer. Go somewhere else and be treated like a human.

Terrible customer service... couldn't deliver on promised time of work done. Had to drive several times to get tires and when they were done, they were rude and unprofessional. Do not care how there customer feels. Did a terrible job and had to take back to get them to fix there mistake. Was still rude and unprofessional! Not a company who puts there customer needs first but just expects you to pay for their mistakes with a smile.

I have bought several sets of new tires from this shop and had a few tire repairs done also. They have always done an excellent job for me.

I had the Groupon for the Alignment and they tried to squeeze a bunch of additional work out of me. When I went to my trusted mechanic two thirds of the work was not required. Scam artists at best. Caution.

Today (28-10-13) I had my 2 rear summer tires removed and 2 rear snow tires WITH RIMS put on my car today with this Co. I was charged $50 + tax! I was shocked! When I asked why it cost so much, the clerk told me it was because of the labour involved! Unbelievable. I phoned Kal Tire when I got home to get a quote for the same job, I was told $8 for each tire. Needless to say, I will never return to OK Tire 2196 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, B.C.

The Girl that works the front desk should stick to booking appointments, and not try to order tires for poeple and lye about qoutes given by the manager just because he's not there for a few days

I blew a tire and needed a specific tire to replace it. They weren't in stock, but the friendly service agent had them ordered in for the next day. They were installed no problems. Fast, friendly service that I would definitely recommend.

Because I have nothing good to say about this place of business, I won't. I will never go back. and do not recommend them to anyone. They do not rate the one star I was forced to give them.
