bad customer service
Poor customer service very rude sales team! New look need to stop wasting money promoting their store but rather invest in basic customer service skills for their staff. i know its a busy time at the moment but that is not a reason to be rude to your customers whilst serving. and if you want to talk about your customers at least wait until they have left!
