I refuse to do business with this store and company, because my best friend was wrongfully terminated from this store due to a health issue.

I love buying parts from Napa but I would never recommend the Napa on evergreen way in everett WA. They are rediculous! They were so rude to me and accused me of breaking my parts on purpose! I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend someone to go there! Absoluty pathetic customer service!

The store workers told me that the p other napa store sold me a junk starter an i can't use my life time warranty

last year I bought some brake pads the most expensive ones that they had in stock. they did not last a month so I return them with receipts and they told me that my boots were bad.and they would not give me my money or a refund or credits or better brake pads. So I went to one of their competitors and bought a brake pads put them on and haven't had a problem yet.

This repair shop is where I have taken my last 3 cars for repairs that I can't do myself. The owner and his team of professionals all go out of their way to treat customers with the respect they deserve from the time your car arrives at his repair centers until the job is complete. The work is done in a timely manner and done right the first time. Cost of repairs is always fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this repair shop for all your auto repair needs. This place is a joke and should be closed. They never answer their phone nor do they ever open their door to help people. Just a joke

I called twice and got two different prices. I drove all the way there from James Island and they didn't have the part. he said he has to get it from another parts store. I talked to the manager and he referred me to his desk help... that was the genius i started with... it was the desk guy who hung up on me when i asked if they would price match. horrible service. i will never be back. Parks Auto Supply was awesome!!!

This Napa location no longer exists. Closet location to Tahlequah (according to Napa's website) is in Kansas, Ok, approximately 15 miles north of Tahlequah. This infois as of 10/20/2013.

These are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with when looking for parts! Always polite and never rude. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They had the part. That is the only good thing about my visit. I waited in line only to be put on told to wait while the clerk answered a phone call in front of me. I mentioned that I was waiting before the phone and was ignored. Called the Corporate number to speak to someone and was transferred to the wrong department and then put on hold for 5 minutes until I just hung up. This is clearly a Company that has zero customer service. But, sometimes there are the only place to go. I will use them last.

Worse service,very bad attitude and attention to customers, I just went to buy a washer pump and they gave the wrong one,then I went back to exchange it and a guy name mark told me that they have a universal but it was more expensive then auto zone, napa $19.99. Autozone $14.99 so I told him if he could match the price n he answer that he didnt believe it because he use to work. At autozone for 19 years n they did not have it the price I said! ...so basically he called me a liar! So I ask for my money back and end up buying it at autozone!!... Too bad for napa cause Im a mechanic n never would recommend this store,cause this is not the first time this happens at the same store!

I'm from out of town ac quit working. I knew what I needed and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I also got my shop discount. He allowed me to borrow some tools without charge!! Thank you!!!

Honest, competent and fair. If they believe they can fix it, they'll tell you. If not, they will tell you. If they fix it, they do it right. The time required to fix it is always reasonable. The cost of repairs is ALWAYS fair. If they can't fix it or if they don't sell an item, they'll offer a suggestion as to where you might go.

Again, always HONEST & FAIR.

This place had the friendliest service of any napa store I have been. They had access to the camping supplies I needed!

Busted A/C belt on my Rolls Royce. Oreillys tells me he has no listings for RR and he will have to go to the back & look through all belts to find what I need. NAPA had me bring what was left of my old belt and after some careful measuring was able to find a perfect match.

People are friendly, and know what they are doing. Stop by for yourself and find out.

NAPA in North Syrcuse is awesome!As a new employee the staff treated me well and took me under their wing helping me to learn the NAPA culture while easily transitioning into becoming a fine employee for the company.

Excellent parts department but bring a chair with you and prepare to wait up to an hour if somebody in front of you is buying something more complicated than a gallon of windsheild washer fluid. Good luck don't forget the chair

Had car problem fixed. Price reasonable, timing good, car still works fine. Lady at desk is business only, no smile, answers questions with short comments. I don't think she would comment if you just walked out! but work was good. I'll go back.

Took way too long, my babies' momma ran out of minutes on her obama-phone while she done sat her phat butt in the car waiting fo me.

I have been using W & W Napa for many years for quality auto maintenance, work and towing as well as for all my tools, chainsaw equipment and farm implements. I would much rather support a local family and their employes than a huge chain store anyway.

Great guys, great parts, great colors! Recomend this napa to anyone, they'll be sure to get you the right stuff!!
