Implements are not clean! I've had the worst infection and it's terrible! The quality and service we below standards as well. I've been consecutively getting my nails done for 4 years and made the mistake of checking this place out. Now, I don't think I'll ever do my nails again for the fear of this misery ever again! Beware!
Customer service skills are horrible!!!!. I will never go back or recommend Nail Time to anyone. I had ask for manicure first they refused. That I need to do my pedicure first, that should of been my first cue!!! The worst pedicure they basically just soak your feet they do not scrub your heels. Manicure and Pedicure are suppose to be relaxing trust me you will not get that type of treatment at Nail Time so save your money and take your business else where.
