Same problem as mentioned earlier. No hours, no business. At least leave an answering machine message with your hours. It's basic respect for the customer's time. Won't look Moores up again.

We're from out of town and nowhere can we find your store hours. You missed out on 3 sales. wish we could have got even got an answering machine at either you Windsor or London stores!
