Very unprofessional. Terrible service. Highly recommend going anywhere else if possible

Did taxes there ..documents were taken..but weren't submitted to the cra. ..got letter from cra stating that claim was done without receipts ...and receipts were given to agent ...not good..now I have to pay cra 150 bucks or get them to submit document since it's in there possession for cra to do reassessment .

Hi...i have dialed the number every 5 minutes for the last hour and a half literally and it was busy. Sorry i have to say this but i thought the service of 24hrs a day wud be for convenience but apparently not.

I do not like the attitude of their csr.s when they hang up on you when you ask them why they never took the payment out of my account I.m trying to make sure it was paid and they are rude and hang up on me money mart should train or hire better people .

Not following lawsuit protocol. Rude unfriendly clerks hitting dispute buttons without clients knowledge and refusing cash payouts. Head office unable to override mistakes and telling clients to suck it up cheque is in the mail.

It's one of the best experience I had to send money by western union. She was friendly, professional and extremly fast. I wish all Money Mart locations was like this one.

The manager completely screwed up the transaction. Took five days to fix. Don't go there!

If your getting your taxes done MAKE sure they have good ink in their printers or its going to take forever to get it back . And they will say its not their fault but it is bc the reason they have to.re send your file is bc tax ppl can't read the numbers.

Spoke to the manager and she says it wasn't their fault so she doesn't understand the problem. I will not be going back to the upper james location
