Stealing money from MONEY GRAM,as a result stop payment on cashiers check plus additional penalties!Stay away,bunch of thieves!!!Need to call police on them.

I had the receiver's name incorrect. With my ID and my receipt, they fixed that with no charge.

although money gram is expensive, it is very convenient and fast to use!

I really don't like the lady who's asking so many questions about there customer like why do you need to send this money to your receiver.. That lady was so annoying.. I am not going to use this agent location anymore.. They need to teach this lady not to be rude..

I called at 9 in the morning and was told its closed.... and was Open at 12 noon which didn't seem reliable. NOT GOOD!

I pull up to the establishment 3 hours before the normal closing time of 6 o'clock to font that I'm locked outside and there is a woman being helped inside. It is 2:50 on Christmas Eve with out store hours marked for holidays with the exception of the establishment being closed on Christmas Day. I patiently waited for what I was prepared to be at least a greeting and Apology, but instead he just let the woman out and then quickly locked the door behind him. Even If holiday hours were until 3, they should have either been posted or verbalized. Maybe along with a hello. The worst. Customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
