Why isn't the phone number for the clinic available? This would be very helpful.

since there is no phone number availble on this site, only some animated voice will it be a machine or person that will treat me? it looks like 1 number not 2 words in the captcha?

Very nice place to when you want a very good professional Nurse Practitioner to give you the best care ever. Her name is Latonya and she was the angel that I needed when I felt horrible coming in the clinic. Thanks so much Minute Clinic.

I received fast and complete care when I was there .

Ive been sick for over 2 wks.bad caugh soar throat.she wouldnt give me an antibiotic instead some caugh medicine that i couldnt take cause im breastfeeding.the med wasnt coverd by my insurance so i paid cash before i found out i couldnt take it.

There seems to be no hurry in seeing patients, you would be better off going to your Dr. 2 hours wait and I still haven't seem the nurse. Clearly customer service is not big on their agenda

I went to the Minute Clinic last week with a really bad cough and beginning of a sinus infection....orange mucus from nose. the NP told me that the orange mucus was just a sign my body was fighting the infection and told me to take muslix and wrote a prescription for a cough tablet. Now it's tuesday and I still have orange mucus, am dizzy, have an ear ache and a full on sinus infection and need drugs. Had she written the prescription on Friday I'd probably be ok now I have to spend another 30.00 and go to the doctor again. Disappointing and I'll never go again. My body can't fight this without anitbiotics I'm worse than I was

As far as customer service it was ok could have been better the pa could have been more polite pleasant . She was ok didnt get her name.. I don't have insurance and my price was 89 for the diagnostics I guess that's reasonable . Wish the customer service was better

Arrived 60 minutes prior to closing with a person waiting and was told the clinic had reached its capacity. So much for serving the sick.

2+ hour wait for a flu shot. The staff at the minute clinic and out the pharmacy were ridiculously rude. Please don't waste your time!
